I do sometimes, but haven't done a public LS in quite some time due to so few people usually showing up xD
To be honest, that's the same way I feel? I never thought I'd be a good painter but now that I'm getting into watercolour I'm finding my passion for art again. I feel so bad though because my tablet was an expensive present to me. :( Maybe I'll find interest in it again eventually.

Oh man I absolutely love your tiny little ghost pixels! I bet you're going to nail 8-bit Zombie if you do that one haha. They're all so adorable. The more the better, right? I love how they each have different countenances; the first one is SO READY to haunt someone. The second one looks like it's just happy to be around in the afterlife or something, haha. That third one in the background is such a gossip, but boy the one it's whispering to does not want to listen to its babbling. And the last one is insanely pleased about something. Maybe it made a good haunting that day. But my favorite one is the one in the middle. It just looks so in shock like WHY AM I HERE. WHY AM I SURROUNDED BY THESE OTHER GHOSTS. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP. Oh my gosh I love it ahaha. They all feel so full of personality and "alive" despite being... well not! Heehee!

WHAT THE HECK THAT IS SO CUTE like oh my gosh. I love that you went grayscale with it; I think that kind of adds a spooky effect to it. You've got a nice perspective / angle going on for it; that poor silhouette person is pretty much running for his life. The moon is a really good addition to it, as it helps it be more dynamic / shows more of the scenery and also adds to its atmosphere and tells us what time of day it is. I really like the added idea you mentioned of him just wanting a friend. Poor misunderstood ghost! I'LL BE YOUR FRIEND LITTLE GHOST BRO.

I'm not an extreme expert on Pokemon, but I have to say I really like the colors on your piece! Red and purple are my two favorite colors, especially together, and I also seem to be an extreme sucker for purple and pink combinations, and this Pokemon just fits the bill. What's it called? Is it an official Pokemon, or a fakemon of some sort? C: The way you shaded it is really nice and, if I'm not mistaken, actually seems to mimic the shading of the official Pokemon art a bit too? I love the way you shaded the gemstones especially; they're so shiny and wonderful and really pop out a lot. You also did a lovely job on the countenances / eyes! Very nice!

Hey thanks for the compliment! I don't think this is a competition though; it's more about getting in the practice and experience. Every little piece counts! Sorry to hear you struggle with drawing and that you almost bailed out~ but I'm really glad you didn't, because your piece is absolutely lovely and I hope you keep up the good work! The way your fursona is ascending is really neat; I love the pose. The way the limbs are positioned definitely add "weight" to the character who's being levitated upwards, and kind of gives it a more lifeless effect too! I also like how there's actually ghostlike "clothing" on it - that adds a lot too! I also think it's really neat you've got a rat creature as a persona - rats are such interesting little animals, and I really like the design of your fursona. Nice job!

WHAT THE SNAPPERCRACKERS MELS THAT IS SO STUNNING. I really think that the orange and purple scheme go really fantastic for this prompt, especially since those colors are typically associated with Halloween in general! The way you do hair strands is absolutely lovely as usual; there's so much definition there. I really especially love the shading - the horns / purple bits as it's so dynamic and gorgeous, and the way you've done the skin really makes the muscles and anatomy stand out, like the definition on that collarbone or the sunken-ness of the eyes! The highlighting on the skin really makes it pop too. My favorite part though is definitely the eyes themselves; that gorgeous yellow color of the sclera looks so beautiful when shaded with orange, and that little iris-symbol and color is just magnificent. Wonderful job!

Fun fact: I had Marilyn Manson’s version of This is Halloween on repeat the entire time making this. I AM SO IN THE HALLOWEEN SPIRIT RIGHT NOW. Anyways, this is the Fell Dragon, Grima, from Fire Emblem: Awakening! I think he fits the “devil†theme given he’s basically the world ender. (I also don’t consider him spoilers given that the introduction cutscene for Awakening shows him.) I took quite a few liberties on his design though!

Oh that's neat! I like that you made it spookier though for your version. C: And I don't think it's a bad thing just spending roughly fifteen minutes on an image. I will probably be doing the same later on in the month if I get that far since something is going to preoccupy my time then. And thank you!

So I happen to love sharks, and the goblin shark is no exception! Some people might think that the way their mouths work is creepy, but I actually find them really fricking fascinating / neat. Nature/animals are so cool. Seriously. More information on this creature can be found here!

I love your piece for goblin! Dang what a great expression; it looks so mischievous! I feel like green and red are the most iconic colors for a goblin too, and brown is a good offset. The clothing style is also really wonderful; I love all the golden bits that dangle off of it, as well as that cap. The teeth are really adorable too - I have a fondness for pointy objects. I also really like the eyes; the color is wonderful and the way you shaded it is lovely! THE NOSE THOUGH. I think the nose is literally my favorite part of it. It is a pretty great nose.

Yours also has an A+ nose, and those ears have a nice shape! I like how you put fingernails on his fingers too, and are those lines in the arms muscles or stitches?
