Definitely poke at me when the lining is done and I'll take another peek - the lines might help me see what you were meaning there ;)
I also love (or any of the eye duo's). They line up well and work well with some other eye lashes and things. That's why a lot of people use certain eyes more than others, cuz they overlay things well (esp the cw eye makeups). =) GL! Would love to see it lined as well.
Thank you very much :)
I will ping you as well when I'm done lining ^-^
Thank youuuu <3
Just wanted some advice before I start slotting :P I'm bound to have to change something x)
Some quick advice! I think the clouds on the overlay and the CI could use some more shading, like the picture within the frame so that the whole thing ties together as a frame.
Could you elaborate on the more shading, please? I'm at 4-5 different shades, so am kind of lost, haha.
EDIT: I think I got it. Clouds need to be more dynamic, as my friend is saying, haha. That is what you mean with more shading, yes?
Sky looks great- the thing that sticks out to me is the clouds, they are need some work. like a softer texture and more layers. I would use a hard brush-set to 50% hardness-0 spacing. then have medium to high settings for flow and opacity.(that is if you use photoshop)
edit/ you might have enough layers but the blending of them is very harsh against one another. real clouds dont have sharp layers like that, its more blended and fluffy. right now they look flat, look at onsite backdrops to see how clouds are typically done for ideas.
ci isnt bad, just frame kinda seems flat in relation to the picture inside(the clouds need work in there as well). overall your getting alot better
Will do ^-^
I use Photoshop Elements, so not sure how to use hard brush.
And I agree on the frame...I'm just not sure how to make it pop, so I just did the bare minimum required of shading.
I agree with what others have said about the cloud ^-^ But overall, it's a gorgeous BG and I would definitely love a slot when you start selling it :D
Sure thing, lovely ^-^
Reffing the crap out of "how to shade cloud" right now xD
I dont know if you are using a tablet but the links above help customize your settings. hopefully you can find a better brush for clouds.I know I use one brush for clouds and rest for things that are solid/hard/contrasting shapes.
also working in large sizes like 500/1000 helps with backdrops(at least for me) here are some locket samples. [url=http://www.subetalodge.org/list_all/search/locket/mode/name] locket samples [/ur]
im low on csc again but id be interested in this as well. <3
Ahhhh thank you!!!!!! Good luck on the clouds ;w; THEY ARE HARD. I've never been a cloud person myself haha xD BUT I'M SURE YOU CAN DO IT ^-^
Yes, I use a Wacom Bamboo Craft. Unfortunately, my PSE seems to not have any of those options...can't find it :/ I'll just make do with my smearing & blurring tools x)
And yes, I'm working at 500x1000 as well as zommed in, cause I'm blind, lol. Thank you so much for those! They definitely help!
Sure thing ^-^
Agh, clouds. Hopefully with this I get better xD There are so many BGs I want to do and they all have clouds of some sort -_-
Thanks for believing in me <3 I'm not going to sleep until this is done lol
waves pompoms You can do it!!!! ^-^
Cloud BGs are best, hope to see more from you :D
Yeah, essentially! The number of layers is fine, but clouds themselves are shaped and can be kind of "bubbly", so they're not flat!
I'd look into references of clouds (actual photos) and also CW backgrounds with clouds to see what gets accepted on site. Here are some!
