Superstoked to get some items I missed but... could there please please be an option that allows us to put the items into our pets TC? My pirate pet needs so much from the pirate shop. :c
Wouldn't it be possible to just make wearable items etc just a new class of "antique" items that aren't tradeable, kind of like loyalty totems?
AlsOMG THANK YOU -frantic arm flailing-
I'm not sure how this would affect those who have hoarded these items to sell them at a high price, in a way that seems harshly unfair to them, but...maybe there could be a solution for that as well? What if you could sell items that the shop sells at the same price or perhaps a somewhat reduced price or something?
Rii can draw! Check out her chibi art shop or her insta!
How about a webcomic about villains stumbling around redemption arcs? Drop by:

I am so happy to notice I'm not the only one who remembers.
Staff, when we say that we'd pay more to have the freedom to DO AS WE WISH with the wearables, it doesn't mean that doing so with other items is a good idea. If I pay lets say 50 million for something, I BETTER BE ABLE WHATEVER I WANT WITH IT. I BETTER BE CAPABLE OF DELETING IT IF I WANT.
Those of you requesting the items be given a new rarity: That rarity would affect ALL of those items... They would need to make a copy, so that it has a new ID, give that the new rarity/name, and that could be the locked version. Not sure how badly they want to do that (doesn't look like they want it at all).
This is not something I would use-- I already hardly use collections simply because I don't want to. What is in there was thrown in while trying to get into the BB. Sticker collection is 80% drills or people who thought enough of me to do so (and I appreciate the gesture.)
I might have used stickers if it had been less "Ask for someone to put them in for you" and "Just stick it yourself. Its ok." LOL
I'm waiting for pet TC more than anything. (I REALLY want a lot of the stuff from the reading drives! ;- ; Such pretties). I think all the suggestions so far work on paper, but implementing them is the problem. I am curious about the "flood the market" mindset, though... if its immovable, then how does that flood the market? How does that bring the items down in price?
I honestly see this as a "Surplus Store"-- The easiest way to do it would be the new ID and rename "Replica/Surplus/Antique" item name. Make it break after being moved x number of times, Antiques are delicate.

I like the idea, but I hope there's a plan in place for introducing the weapons and such back into the site a some point. Kinda like what happened during the Cruise with the pirate weapons.
I'd just hate to see items that aren't collection-based go unaddressed.
Also lol @ collections being important but galleries not being important.
I CAN TELL YOU THAT I SPENT MORE MONEY FOR MY GALLERY THAN MOST PEOPLE WITH 1500 PLUSHIES DID FOR THEIR COLLECTION LMAO.
Not really super psyched at the prospect of not actually having control over my items, tbh. I got TCs to feed D:
I&;m not sure how I feel about this, just because y&;all tried to do this with a wearable idea and it got rather violently shot down so you&;d assume the other kinds of collectors wouldn&;t shoot it down??? Idk people use these items for more than just collections so I find it a little sad.

QFT. I was wondering if I'd dreamed that thread.
As someone who has pirate plushies that I was hoping to sell someday, I'm a bit disappointed for this. I worked really hard for those and saved them all this time, and now they're going to lose most of their value. I'm also someone who bought old DPs over the years (to support the site), and sells them here and there to make sp, so I'll be losing there too.
I am glad that people will be able to complete their collections, but I was never much of a real collector anyway - more of a gallery person myself. Maybe some people who are also gallery (or TC) people will still be interested in buying the DP/plushies, but I feel they'll be losing their specialness.
Awww yiss grabby hands Give me those plushies and beanbags!!
Give me a flower! <3 | Trick or Treat | TPing | Egging

I love this idea! Can't wait to see what kind of clothes I can get! Better save up some sP
If you would prefer paying 50mill for an item and being able to do anything with it, over paying 5mill for it and it being locked in your collection that is completely fine and you are free to do so. But let us who want the second option do what we want as well ^^
If this gets implemented no one would force you to use the feature... But some of us would gladly accept it.
I'd put these things in the cash shop. That should prevent the values from crashing. I also like the idea of making the items locked like loyalty items, but that could still affect the values of their twins. And I would put all of it in the cash shop, including collection items... and I say that because I want stuff for my TCs. It's my addiction.
They are working on a way do make it possible for TCs as well, and I'm sure they will find a way to do it ^^
I would like to know how much points will be worth in sp before buying items with points. Is that possible? Thank you.
: Here's an idea (sorry I'm late to the discussion) -- it's called a Dutch Auction, and here's how it could work:
Set up a location like the Blackheart Hollow or the Millionaire Center. This location will always have exactly one copy of one item in stock.
The location stocks one unrestricted copy (i.e., can be sold or traded later) of one ultra-rare item for an exorbitant price, like 1,000,000,000 sP. Any user with enough sP on hand may purchase the item.
For each 60 seconds that the item does not sell, the price drops by 100,000 sP. So after an hour, the item may still be available, but for 994,000,000 sP; by the end of a day, the item's price has dropped to 856,000,000 sP (this is the original price minus 100,000 sP times 1440 minutes). In theory, it would take just under a week for the price to drop to zero at this rate, but surely the item will have sold before then.
Once an item is purchased, a different item goes up for auction, starting over at 1,000,000,000 sP.
The "game" is that the longer you wait, the lower the price of the item is, but the greater the chance that someone else may buy the item first.
I'm guessing that very few people can afford to pay a billion sP for an item, no matter how much they covet it, so most items would stay up for at least a day. This effectively limits how quickly the rare items enter the economy. By changing the starting price and/or the rate at which the price drops, it shouldn't be too hard to fine tune how many of a given item is released.
