Chocolate Mousse, definitely. I got my recipe from the "Cat Who Cookbook" (which sounds silly, but it's totally a thing... It's recipes made to match all of the foods that are served/eaten in that series... You know, "The Cat Who Sniffed Glue" and all of those. They're mysteries). It's actually the only recipe I've ever made from the book, though I don't know why, and it is absolutely amazing... So rich, and fluffy, and sweet, but not TOO sweet.
