Congrats!! Can you ship some of your rain here? We have been getting rain, but it just soaks right in. For this area the rain we are getting isnt enough. That or bottle it up and send to where there are wild fire like California and Montana.

Yes and no. My entire town is pretty much under water. We have been stuck at home for 2 days now. But no flooding in my neighborhood. But the bayou (river) runs right behind our building and its rising.

Hi Kristi, i am glad you are on a bit higher ground. I hope you don't get water to your building. One of my other friends on another game the water is under her house, any higher even an inch and its in her house....She has lived there all her life, but still that's hard.......I just hope you are all safe!

I have lived here all my life as well. I have seen a lot of flooding around here, but mostly only when there is a hurricane, and not like this. This is on a whole other level. Its very bad. This storm has effected just about the entire southern portion of the state, and its still not over. We still have to get through tonight and tomorrow. The rain has stopped for now, but its supposed to pick up again later tonight, and they are calling for another few inches. So many people have lost so much. Its going to be hard to recover.

Please stay safe, i know you know the drill. But take care of your most prized possessions like family pictures and important paper work. If there were away, I would glad take some water off your hands. Here in Texas near the Mexico border we need rain seriously.

Its so funny that its dry there. I have a friend in San Antonio who says it is pouring down out there. I pray that you all get the rain you need. We are just sitting tight until the water goes down.
