May it have been because of the bad userbase, or because of the staff not caring for it enough. So many potentially cool sites drowned in the depths of the net, so the dreams of their owners.

I have only been here about 4 years, but I actually really love the site. I've made some amazing friends here and I feel like, even with its faults, it is one of the most supportive (staff and users) places I've ever seen. I've played on a fair few gaming sites, and nothing has engaged me as much as Subeta.

My favorite things, of course, are Morostide and Pandemic (although no permanent zombies this year, boooo). I can't wait to see what this Morostide has in store. I was invited here by a friend from another site - the very awesome - just before Morostide of 2010 and I have never once regretted it :)

does anyone remember the incident with the kitty item that had to be removed from the site? that is one of my fondest memories of this site... well it was exciting at least XD disgusting, but it stayed in my mind, the giveaway after that incident was massive o_o

Oooh, this looks interesting! Hello, I'm Greg and I've been playing Subeta for almost 3 years and a half. I ended up here because I actually played another 2 pet sites, and in one of them, the word "Subeta" was filtered, so I HAD to look xD At first it was so confusing, but once I got the hand of navigation I started spending more time here. I loved that there were achievements and a LOT of clothes for the HAs, and really enjoyed all the events and plots. (Steele Excavations and Survival Plot were my favorite so far) (Crack Heads ftw) Then I don't know how but I started battling and training my pet, which pretty much took (and still takes) all my sP but what can I say? It's really addicting. :P And about the people I met here, well, I was actually really shy to post on the forums for a long time, but with the BotB that happened on June, I met a lot of friendly people, specially , that helped me from the very beginning with the band, being really considerate about everything, and well, fortunately, we made it to the finals!

... Oh ... I remember the longcat event ... they changed the longcat item to the draconis ...

... wow there were a lot of things that happened during that time and Subeta has improved a lot ... I remember days when the site went down and nobody knew what happened and if it will be there again O_o ... and the new wardrobe and avatarsystem at the beginning of 2007 ... all the time I do type 'teh' anywhere on the site I remember the old achievements ^_^ .. it was sad, whe they decided to take the trivia down.

I LOVED all the plots. My favorite was the blake steel plot <3 I made some friends here ... especially the lovely people from WAA

Free time without subeta is no longer imaginable for me ...

I love the way that the staff interact with us mere mortals - that was such a refreshing change, coming from another site where the staff didn't seem to care what the people using their site actually thought!

I've just celebrated my 7th Subeta anniversary, although I wasn't overly active for the first year - it took me a while to get the hang of things, but you can't keep me away now laughs And even though I'd never been that interested in Halloween, Morostide trick-or-treating has got me looking forward to October already ;)

Please ignore the "fighting Saggi" section of my wishlist, that's just a reminder for me to make sure I use the right stuff :P

My English is not so good but... My favorite things are PLUSHIES !!! , the Wardrobe and my HA, Love my Pets, my Friends!, and the great Events. :3 I am happy, that i what i want can get with Time. I can't believe it's been 10 years! I feel the same as you. I've been around a lot of sites and quit after some time but not here. It's probably because of the people here, how friendly and lovely they are. Also the fact that you can actually talk to the staff and the economy, items and pets are really good.

I love the achievements and the gift wrapping but people are the main reason why Subeta is the best pet site. I love the way you can interact with staff and users. I've found some amazing people here.

I made my account here in August 2013 yet only started to playing 4 weeks ago. I am sad I missed so many events already, LOL! Subeta is always an exciting site to come to, I love the many events and notifications I get every day and the communication with the people around. I would love to ping my friends and and and and also the dear and who make my life here a colorful journey! <3

The feature I most like here is the wardrobe. I love to play with my HA (not so much clothes and hair and make-up right now yet getting there, LOL) and to look at the HA´s other users have created. I also love the wish list function and gifting in general. I can´t afford that much yet always like to look at my friend´s wish lists and collections for seeing if there is anything I can make them happy with and I am delirious when I find something which is not on there WL and they like nevertheless because they didn´t see it before around. :-) I also love to stick, it´s a cute idea which reminds me a lot of my childhood with all the glossy prints! My next goal beneath hoarding wearables and make-up is to gain access to Omen Island. Sometimes, challenges are there and I can´t do them so that would be lovely, going there - I hope with Keelhauliday (I read about it somewhere), the Uncharted Land Maps are flowing around a bit more often..... keeps fingers crossed :-)

I've been here for a relatively short amount of time and while I've found parts about the site that really irk me, it didn't take long for me to want to contribute to what I found to be a place full of creative, warm and friendly people. The comradery here is wonderful. <3
I absolutely love dressing up my HA and working on my pets. It's inspiring to see how hard a lot of people have worked on their pets AND on their wardrobe, lol. Seeing the way outfits are put together so artistically.. and of course not forgetting the beautiful CW's.. is so much fun. I feel like I'm going on pixel shopping sprees at times, at that's as gratifying as an actual one. 😸 Did I mention how much I love the user created art on here? lol From the profiles, to the layouts, to the drawings.. all of the above. It's truly inspiring.

I've been around here for 9 years now, hard to believe o.O I've seen so many changes! I remember the days when things like GAs were uber cheap, like we're talking 500k cheap O.O and you could use godly weapons with what are now tier 1 pets LOL. I remember the early early days of the sb, watching HAs and CWs just getting started, and when we hit 100k users and 100k items too. God I feel old now LOL.
Aside from the friends I've made here, which are many and I treasure every one of them squishes them all I think my favorite thing is simply the fact that when you have a problem, you can actually find a staff member. Heck, they turn up in the SB at random :) I think that's a nice, personal touch that shows they care about the site, and its user base.
I like that the pets have been paid attention to, revamps, updated art, new colors and now the information sections they're doing on them today. I think that's great. All the site events have been awesome, I've tried not to miss one, they're all so much fun! But this anniversary especially they've gone all out to try to please everybody with something, it's fantastic.

I actually only joined in Dec 2013 so I consider myself to still be a 'newbie' because there are so many aspects of subeta I have yet to fully grasp and really take part in. I was brought here by my awesome friend who I met on neo like a billion years ago. :P She has been so freaking generous that I need to keep throwing stuff her way to make up for it. ;P

I also met an awesome bunch of people here on subeta who make it worth while to keep coming back and doing my dailies and chatting with them even though I'm so tired after a long day. :)

I love Subeta! My favorite thing is making HA's. I joined during Masquerade and had such a blast making different HA's for it that I have been going at it ever since. Love all the holidays and my favorite is Luminaire because I get to give so many gifts! I have made a lot of good friends on here and hope to continue doing so.

Let me see. I started Subeta just for the roleplaying community. For about 8 months that is all I used it for. Then I started to take a real interest. It is hard to pick one favorite thing. I have an addiction to hair. Yes hair. My Hairem gallery has over 1700 unique pieces so far. But I also love my pets. Synthetics was a gift, a low teir and now he is T10 with an awesome story, page and overlay and art. I love Tebo as well. But I think my favorite thing is my weekly giveaways and the chance to make people smile and to see my friends almost daily.
