and everyone else - I'm ok. Got the flu. Luckily, I fgot Tamiflu. Problem was that the guys got the flu at the same time but didn't get Tamiflu. So, mine was shortened which was good. Except they still had the flu and I picked it back up from them. facepalm When I felt better I lysoled the sh!t out of everything. I'm doing better now. Hugs to everyone. :D

Hey everyone,

Long time no chat. Life has been crazy. I am going on week 3 of classes and they are brutal this semester. Especially my anatomy and physiology course. That one is all online including the lab portions and it is a lot to remember. I do not know how nurses and doctors do it. My healthcare information and technology course is great though. very little work loud and the work is a lot easier to remember and understand then the Anatomy. But I am glad that I got and easier course with Anatomy because that means I can spend more time working on Anatomy then I do on the Healthcare information course.

Besides courses being crazy, my mental health has been a little bit of an issue theses past few week. I am not sure why, It might be because of the stress and workflow of school and then working full time. But I'll get through it. I always do. Crocheting helps to clam my brain when I get to overwhelmed so I take breaks in-between doing Anatomy assignments. I have my first exam for anatomy due this week and I am so not prepared for it. I hope I pass it.

Does anyone know when the zombie kissing event is happening? I keep trying to get one here at least once a day to make sure I am not going to miss it. I want to be one more when it comes to those types of events.

I am sorry to hear about your mental health, but I totally understand. Taking time to care for yourself and do things you love may help. I love crocheting as well and I really want to get back into it. Maybe I will try to do a little today.

my ankle is doing better now!

But i have been really sick! I had a respiratory infection, nasty cough, nose was full and stuffed and it almost turned into pneumonia, my doctor was not amussed i waited so long to come in, we only go to the ER when we are really sick any other sickness we visit or local doctor. I told him i had to wait 2 week for my appointment or they where full or i had to work and i just can't take off from work. I had a point but still i had to come in sooner.

I got antibiotics and a nosespray i can use longer (read 1 month). And oh boy.. i have been sick for over a week, with a high fever and all, now it's much better but still no there yet

Sounds like it very much so could be the cause of your struggles with your mental health - stress, especially prolonged, is a huge cause of challenge for those of us who have mental health difficulties. I'm so sorry to hear you've been struggling and love that you have a great mentality of hope and a lovely way to help manage the feelings. You've got this exam! You're gonna do great!

Well, my son's up to it again. This time he wants to go join the protests in Minnesota. I kindly asked him not to since it would destroy my peace of mind. Thankfully he can't go because he doesn't have enough money to get there yet. Yet. :/ I love him dearly but somtimes I wish I could sell him and buy a mute child instead. XD XD XD

Oh yes, Anatomy and Physiology are the two hardest classes. I'm sorry you are having such a hard time. One thing that helps me remember now is going on YouTube and finding videos that have to do with whatever parts or systems you are studying. It helps reinforce the memorization, for me at least. I used to be able to name every bone of the 206 in the human body for years after taking the classes, and maybe half all the muscles. Not so much any more. lol

Oh I like some of everything. Esp Sci Fi, Fantasy, and Animated. I miss The Masked Singer. It doesn't really stream, and I keep missing the live shows. Ugh. Right now I'm re-watching the Trollhunters series and the spin offs. I tend to marathon watch TV series, and sometimes break it up with movies. The latest movies I saw were The Meg and The Meg 2, Avatar: Fire and Ash, Zootopia 2, and Tron: Ares. What do you like?
