Item pool for requested items for sure needs to be expanded, if only because it is human nature to notice they ask for the same things and then to buy up those things and highly inflate the prices. Makes it kinda hard to test things out if your testers keep clicking abandon quest. That being said, I did buy the 5 million sp mankini, just to see how far the rewards would go, and did get 6 mil in reward, so a 1mil profit from a single quest. That seems a lot XD

Everything was really smooth when I did quests the other day, but now that there's the button to view details, the site is constantly telling me I ran out of time for the quests. I'm still able to complete them, but I have to go back to the quest page. I dislike the idea of the button because I liked being able to see everything at a glance.

Overall the new questing system, when it's working properly haha, has been great! But some of the item pools really need to be expanded, I feel like I'm continuously buying the same couple of items. It especially bothers me with Pete.

I've only done a few quests for Mauve but he's asked for ~2.5-5mil items multiple times, and I just feel like only Saggi should be able to ask for items that expensive since he's supposed to be the expensive dude.

And this is so stupid but I have to say it. The Wizard only ever asking for spell ingredients is something I have really mixed feelings on. The Wizard and bra collecting is one of the classic Subeta jokes from forever ago, so I don't like the idea that he won't anymore hahaha. It's like, it objectively makes more sense for him to just ask for spell ingredients, but I don't love it, you know??

First Runway quest: Asked for an in-stock 60k item, a 10 mil. restockable (one of which a single user is hoarding 25 copies), and a no stock item. Forced to give up, because I can’t buy the last item.

Second Runway quest: An in-stock 8k item, a 50 mil. restockable, and another 10 mil. item (10 hoarded by the same user again). Forced to give up, because the max payout is 50 mil.

Third Runway quest: Asks for two of the same items from the first quest, including the none-in-stock item. Forced to give up.

Fourth Runway quest: Went fine. Stocked up on the items that were still 60k though… Made 3 mil. profit on a 10 mil. quest.

Fifth Runway quest: Same as fourth, 2 mil. profit.

2/5 quests completed haha. Saggi quests went fine though. Kind of funny how much richer Mauve is than he is.

Yeah, Mauve is out of control. Asked me for a 10 million sP item three times tonight (one item twice and then some other item that was inflated similarly). I fell for it the first time and bought the 10 million sP item, only to be rewarded with some ~250,000 sP and one restockable item that wasn't worth very much.

Saggi kind of tried to make up for it and gave me a few million profit on some other overpriced item but it didn't come close to the 10 million I lost.

These quests are just too unpredictable. I've done a few that made it seem like I'd usually be rewarded adequately and then boom, ripped off bad. It just sucks and it's not fun. This is the height of RNG madness and I thought we weren't going to do that anymore. I spend my time on quests to make a profit, it's like a job. Input time, output sP. That's all I want from quests. Not gambling, not games, not uncertainty. Plus these repetitive requests and crazy payouts are starting to affect the economy on the main site. Normal rarity items are getting unreasonably inflated or sold out completely. I hope something will be adjusted before everything gets really messed up.

Thank you to the person that said you should use Shop Search on the main site. Many items asked for were glitching so I couldn't buy on Kumos but could buy on the main site. So we are back to needing two tabs and copy pasting to quest. Bad old days are back again.

Also annoyed by the limited item pool that makes you quit quests since no items are for sale or are sold for 100,000,000 Sp.

The slog feeling isn't going away the more quests I do on Kumos. If anything it keeps feeling worse.

Wow I see I am not the only one upset with Mauve! I had to quit four of them today, as three items were unbuyable and two more were millions (one being 100 million)! I am NOT spending that kind of sP on quests.

Uh.. I made 100mil because I had some items in my wardrobe that were set to 100m in the user shops... Sp reward needs a cap or based on something other than user shop price in my opinion. Hope it's not cheating to keep this sp...

yeah, something needs to be done with the quest pool with mauve since we can already see a couple of shops have hoarded some items he asks for ah ...eh. seeing something that used to be 60k in shops go to 10mil in one shop is a bit scuffed. market monopolisation we have never been a fan of...

I agree with the sentiment regarding the market monopolization we're seeing. The item pools need to be expanded - I mean, isn't this sort of behavior meant to be a reportable offense? I coulda sworn that was a thing. Either way, it's making testing much harder, as others have pointed out, kinda hard to tests quests when you're quitting out of half of them due to overpriced or straight up unavailable items being asked for.

This isn't a problem on the main site, I don't know why it's a problem on kumos.

I see that on my account, the Rumi reputation gauge is stuck at around 95. All the other gauges show that I have completed 125 (except for Mauve's Runway Ready quests). This is where I should be on Rumi's gauge as well.

I wasn't able to do any of the Mauve quests today, everything he asks for was either 100 mil or not buyable at all.

Most of the items Mauve asks for are throwing the 404 error with up to 59 in stock...

Ok, so, mostly the quests are quick and easy with acceptable prizes. Nothing really knocked my socks off, but I didn't lose SP so that's good. However, the Runway quests are literally impossible. at least 3 times I was asked for an item that wasn't in any shop, and the rest of the time I was asked for items that were over 45mil. Unless we're getting huge prizes back, that's just silly.

some items (higher rarity) you can only buy one per day, have you bought it before? most of items Mauve asks are like this!

gave up on their quests as well, except 1 bc i had one of the item in wardrobe. but even so, its the very same pool of items, even if you quit them, they ask for it again!

On a side note, i noticed sP rewards also got lower on wizard =( (or maybe i was unlucky?)

Not sure if its mentioned somewhere, but are we supposed to test the level up reputation somehow? i dont see the difference so far!

Thank you! I know about purchase restrictions - if you try to buy a second one, it just simply doesn't work and sends you to the first shop page. The 404s have been increasing in all shops over the last couple of days. No matter if there's just 2 or 3 or quite a bunch (even in the 50s) left.

Following posts, not everybody is experiencing the same bugs, though - I, for example, never had any overflowing quests. Thus I don't know, if other people are getting the 404s on the same items, just trying to buy the first one in the day. Yet of course, even if they don't, purchase of a single one doesn't help much, if the other quests ask for the same one over and over again.

Ohh, I figured i would ask just in case, but I see! The few errors i got was 404 that i've mentioned (1 in stock)... or with Rumi where she asked for a blue sticker which at first it says they are in stock, but they arent'~ maybe this is the same? But yeah, its weird. Sometimes Melman would appear but a refresh solved.

refreshing doesn't help in my case, and the same items have been on strike for days now, lol.

Melman resolves, the blank white page with "404-Not Found" persists.

Okay I also got a quest I can't complete now. I tried reloading the site and completing it on the quest site itself and at least this time it threw an error message! Hope that helps
