Glued to the TV today. So many fires in the Los Angeles area. I'm south of it and not at risk but the air is bad...even a strange color. If only those darned winds would stop.

The look in my grand daughter's eyes and her facial expression was total awe that Santa was visiting her. My part I was friends with Mrs Claus who could arrange special Santa visits. So I called Mrs Claus in front of my grand daughter. After I finished the call, my grand daughter wanted the phone number. I told her, Mrs Claus told me if I gave any one her telephone number. That I would get coal in my stocking, presents and I would be permanently on the naughty list. She got the horrified look her Meemaw would be put on the naughty list.

Your welcome! Hubby was so happy this visit with our grand daughter, she isnt as shy as she used to be. Took her sometime to figure out her grandpa, this times its their on the couch snuggled up watching a movie munching popcorn. She got to wear she was sitting on his shoulders, making funny faces when we took pics.

Is it snowing a lot there? I saw pictures of Palo Duro Canyon full of snow. They sent a reminder to not drive there right now as the road going into the canyon is not safe.
