I plug in an extra heater in the spare room and play games.I made borscht with some European wieners added for extra flavour. :) Lacey got treats and ate supper already.Music is up loud too. LOL

Yes but earlier we laid down for an hour next room over.It gets cold in the house (the floor)only when we have high winds.Otherwise it's fairly warm .So glad i did the insulation..i started doing the 200 square feet of the basement.It's not very big but the insulation will help to keep floors from getting too cold.

I have a feeling that your idea of fairly warm and mine are miles apart...lol.

It's 29° here in Texas but feels like 23° I'm playing subeta with gloves on and watching a movie with 3 heaters going I can't wait for this cold to be over

That is warm! I have mine set on 76 all year round.

I keep my house warm enough I don't need gloves.

Lacey has a blanket on her and sleeping on the floor next to me.I'm thinking that a fireplace would be nice in the living room...see what they go for in the summer.

My brother and I are both watching Hawaii 5 0 and he just pointed out how different our lives would have been if our parents had stayed in Hawaii. Sadly, they both hated it. Kelly and I both hate the cold, we would have been warm all year round there.
