One more successful repair, I helped JAG with his minivan by changing out the damaged camshaft. Granted we struggled more with parts and tools than the actual repairs. The results speak for themselves, no grinding noise, and even signs of the PCM operating by showing an MIL.

The noteworthy point on the job is this kind of work should really be done by professionals at a dealership. JAG can't afford going there, and got his money's worth once again.

Hah! If it were me, I'd be super glad to have it done so affordably, regardless of the struggle with parts and tools. It's always scary when I have to go in bc of some weird noise 😬

JAG is very glad this turned out well, this vehicle is close to registration expiration. Which means he may have a better option for his transportation needs. Just a few details left before renewal.
