oh no.. hope the test results are back and they are good.

As i live in europe we don't have twisters, etc around here where i live. So not affraid of that, we here are more affraid of high waters. But trucks with logs or pipes i stay way from them (final destination movies, ruiend that for me).

Neurgarten started in my sunday evening.. i was not on and worked all day yesterday home late and to tired to sit behind laptop so missed a whole day of it.

Oh goodness, I feel like Final Destination movies traumatized a solid generation, if not two lol Aw, I'm sorry. I feel like Neugarten is really just the shopping so hopefully you'll be able to get done everything you wanted before it ends!

Finally getting back to normal. Celebrating by playing lots of Skyrim. I stream on Twitch so it's also sort of like a business thing too ;)

Still need to do some work but at least everything looks closer to normal than before.

Tomorrow I'm hoping to get back to normal. Plan to write more of my crack-fic and should get the cover for Kafka's Men 7 done with.

I love when capitalism actually breeds innovation, especially when it allows people to do what they enjoy and access resources via it. Like most "capitalism" in the US is the same 4 groups repeating things to create the illusion of choice while raking in profits, but things like streaming game play is a true good that builds communities. Not that it is without faults, some people abuse the environment, but the basic concept and a lot of the outcome is positive! It's so cool that you're writing a series!

I hope you both still feel like you're getting back to "normal" and "not messy"! Life is both way uncomfortable-weird and messy more than it should be lol, and it can feel so dang good to feel like your feet are back on solid ground and you're not running on fumes or totally lost! In this boat myself and each day of progress and healing feels like such a blessing and worth celebrating.

When I decided to to start streaming Skyrim I got average views on Twitch but when I exported to YouTube...got a lot of interaction with the videos and an increase in subscribers.

Guess now I'll have to stream the sixth game whenever that comes out XD

Writing a series is an endurance test. Fun and rewarding but...stressful at times.

If everyone could please pray or send the best feelings and thoughts for my mother-in-law (I call her my "bonus mom"), she's still in the hospital after severe post-procedure complications and is facing a challenging recovery from a stroke that happened as a result of some of those complications. She'll likely be in the hospital for a few more weeks, and we're praying that she recovers the functions that were damaged like speech, movement of certain limbs, etc.

It is much appreciated.

Happy August all. yesterday i had a creative day away with friends at a friends house, home late. But was a good day. Today i am off, lovely weather and my red cat Meez turned 4 today. My nutter of a cat.

i hope she will recovers fully (but will be hard as she had a stroke).

Went to the police station to file a report against my neighbour, finally. I send the report to my landlord with an angry letter letting them know i feel left to defend by myself and not getting any help from them... I wonder how long it would take for them to reply and take action...

Silly me knocked out the wall outlet (google says this is correct?) yesterday (sunday) while moving the couch to vacuum. I did a good job on it lol! Anyway called the repair man of the landlord and he came this afternoon and fixed it within 5 minutes ..... hahaha

Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry to hear how frustrating and slow this has been. I hope you get support soon!

We had some intense flooding here from a big storm over the weekend. We weren't expecting it to be so bad, so we weren't as prepared as we probably should have been. Lesson certainly learned! We had a foot of standing water in our garage and some in a small area of our house. We're going to have to cut out drywall, replace some couches and rugs, and probably totally re-do the floors in our sheds. Plus some roof and deck work, and we have to remove a huge mature tree. In the end though, it could have been a lot worse. The living spaces in our home were totally spared and none of us were harmed. Just stressed, and not thrilled with not having power for a day but again - minor things in the big picture!

MIL still in hospital and likely will be for weeks. We're just praying she is able to speak and use the right part of her body again eventually, right now it's not clear what her recovery will offer. Grandfather is in the hospital as well unfortunately. </3

Progress is slow but present in a variety of areas in our lives right now. ❤️

Subeta-wise I adopted a few pets recently which has given me some fresh motivation and inspiration. I have clear ideas now for several pets, all of whom will be from a world that I'm currently working on fleshing out the lore, topography, etc of. It's nice to have something like this that I'm excited about.

I was able to use the coda caves to change Eriphos today! So glad I decided which species and color was the right fit for him before the caves closed! I'm planning on turning Peridot. into a glade kumos, Zeridyn into a darkmatter telenine, and Nullificate into a storm kumos. I need to pay for some art, then recoup a little before I can get the potions for them, but I'm just glad to have made my mind up! Plus, I still have to do all the other things for them (story, tc, profile) anyway lol.
