She was the last one from mine mum's flock. She had been a comforting little lady, mine have a soft spot for black feathers, what with the iridescent shimmer. Also she had begun to lay eggs, lovely medium sized.

They were her flock, and no she passed away about three years back. The geese are molting now, zo they'll be sporting clean feathers soon.

i love your HA..i love the duck in it to honor all your geese! Maybe will you get a couple more chicks?? Or adult hens?

Mine would rather leave it as is, raising fowl is not terribly expensive. But if mine continue the course mine gong, the critters may be left less time than mine can spare.

Part of mine feels that having pets and livestock could do more harm than good.

my day has been ok I was getting my stuff ready to go cut the grass when it started raining and from them on it has been raining it rained yesterday and the day before and it will probably rain again tomorrow by tomorrow afternoon the grass in my yard will grow at least an inch the grass grows fast here

the rain sounds so nice unless of course you get it for so many days in a row! ya i bet the conditions there are just wonderful for the grass andnot for the mower in the house..YOU. Isnt there some vine tht grows there like wildfire?? some flowering vine maybe? i thought so but i dont really recall. Thanks! Believe me, the big ones with 3000 have burnt my last nerve. My son bought 2 of them with 3000 pieces, and they were difficult and to detailed. They were collage of the Peanuts gang carton characters, and the second- one was of all the Nickelodeon cartoon characters. Never again, 3000 pieces is to much for me, especially the collage style.

I love doing puzzles I was going to order a puzzle with over 40,000 pieces in came in a suitcase with a pull out handle but I was like I'm not doing that

i would throw that puzzle into the air and fndjsflzxyxztxziwsejhr it!!! hahaha YOU are very good at doing puzzlesthough ..always were!

@ duane : My Author's Nana used to "fix" her puzzle pieces by trimming and filing them with emery boards and Xacto knive and then wondered why she had leftover pieces that didn't match any hole, and tons of "missing" pieces. then she would try to get the drugstore to give her money back for "defective" puzzles because many of the pieces were cut wrong.
