I’m enjoying my mini summer holiday in Fresno with my Author, his mate Francine, their offspring and grandchildren. Even though it’s been hot, it’s not record breaking. The cement pond is so clear and cool, the food wonderful (waffles!!) and I finally beat Zelda: Breath of the Wild! ( I don’t own a Switch game thingie, so it’s taken me a lot of visits to accomplish this feat. )

Now, contrary to rumors, I have not terrorized the guests with my fishing spear . I only dove in once and threw my spear once when I thought I saw a fish. I admit I was mistaken, it was a miniature inflatable floating drink holder. I apologized and got the hysterical girl another wine cooler and retrieved the sunken punctured can from the deep end. No permanent damage done…nobody died.

Sounds like you had a lot of fun. I snuggled with my Ronnie poor pup freaked out over fireworks since the 3 of July until yesterday. Its illegal here, but they set them off for days. I also worked on a 3,000 jigsaw puzzle major disappointment it had a manufacture default horizontally from side to side. I have been working on it, for about 2 weeks. I thought I was placing pieces in the wrong place. Son got it on Amazon, he saw complaints and a lady's video with same exact issue yesterday. I have had puzzle since beginning of April, so I cant get a refund. So I taped it shut, wrote it was defective month and year. Then I did our planet a favor and put it in the recycle bin.
