I’m using my default set and haven’t had time to play around with other options yet: Mecha, Natasha, Soma, RB, ME, P-quill, RotL, AoD

And then for scrolls mostly just using Aftershocks since I can’t freeze him, need to change them up.

I just found the old thread from 2020, going to switch out Nat for Swash and see if that helps.

Seems like there’s conflicting opinions on Soma/RB against Lukien, thoughts?

For lukien specifically I wouldn't bother with soma/rb since he has so many potions. A lot of his battle takes luck and good rng. You may be better off with a bomb, block or extra healer. Swash is a better option than natasha. Scrolls are very important with him because of his blackout curse. You will need some scrolls like gift of the forj, spacial abyss and the void in addition to aftershocks. Fatal fire could be a good cheaper alternative if you don't have enough of the other scrolls I mentioned or not enough AP. If you can get his health low enough, you could try and hit him with a bomb like bear head bomb and a lucky scroll, mod with crit strike and hope it kills him. He is a real pain though. I would focus on maleria first tbh.

I always think of Lukien as careapier (Friday 13th careaper) on steriods. That's how annoying he is lol.

I like ME and MSH for her, but she can also do a ton of wind damage. Again same situation with wanting healing and blocking scrolls since she can't be frozen. What does your defensive scroll set look like? How many can you equip?

Defensive scrolls as in Cobalts/Sancts? Or something fancier? I have 5 cobalts and 7 Sancts but I can acquire more, I can equip like 27 if I’m not using any other scrolls.

What you have is enough. You could also try fatal fire which consistently blocks a lot more dark and fire compared to cobalt and sanc. The problem with cobalt and sanc is the block is very inconsistent so you can get lucky and get a good block of 75 icons or only block for 15 icons and get hammered since she's so strong. I would focus more on seeing if you can get more healing scrolls like gift of the forj and lucky or more scrolls like the void/SA/fatal fire for better blocking.
