yeah, and I'm not able to bring down his health as quickly as RB. I was also double blasting and boosting (only mecha, what's tball? Also don't know what HoG stands for), secondary weapon was either Maniacal Slappy Hand or Maniacal Tooth Sword according to Jess' guide (I also have Tainted Keeper Skull Staff but did not use that one yet - might try that and using the bullets).

Yeah you definitely need to block light on him. HoG is hand of goddessbane. It looks like Jess is missing it from her guide. That tooth sword isn't going to cut it unless your pet is capped. It doesn't do enough damage. I have an extra hog if you want to borrow instead of buy, but it has some neat perks to consider. It blocks ice as well as light on its secondary attack and has a curse that disables an enemy weapon. The goddessbane drops it on the 5th win if you have her unlocked and want to try winning your own.

aaah, I actually already have it (twice), just totally not used to using it yet 😅 Looks like it's still going to be a difficult fight, but I'm motivated to try. Thanks!

Hmm, interesting find. Especially for this early on. Considering there's nothing going on with Neugarten most of the time anyways, maybe there'll be something of interest this year for battling?

managed one win thanks to a Mercurial Throwing Vial and luck :) My pet's basically not strong enough yet, but I guess it's kinda fun pushing the limits.

got two more wins now stats set scrolls Mods for HoG and Natasha are Parched Baguette, Natural Armor and Critical Strike, Natasha also Singed for some reason, do you want to know about the others too (it's variations of the first three)? I'm mainly getting critically hit and instantly killed after my freezing runs out (or in the first turn already), so a lot depends on luck. My main battler has more health and strength, but much less AP, haven't even tried using him...

You definitely have the scrolls, set and stats for him. For the mods, I would just do two parched baguettes on each weapon to protect from freezing and then fill the remaining slots with freezing eye of royalty crystals to help you freeze when you run out of scrolls.
