We put in a tempered double glass window on the side of our shed. A few days later the glass was on the ground all shattered. So many tiny pieces of glass straight down on the ground and no clue what hit it. The shed is in the middle of the property. :(

this is one of my faforite cat fails i've seen.

We've been waiting on some very important news from the Health Department regarding our contract for work. They were supposed to tell all the companies that put in bids on the 17th what their intent was...but the governor appointed a new head of the department at the same exact time so the announcement has been indefinitely delayed. It has felt like such a fail to be stuck in limbo waiting on this news for so long.

FAIL

I was just talking to my partner about growing up eating a ton of those instant lunch noodle cups because they were super cheap. If you haven't eaten them, all you have to do is add water to the cup with dried noodles and veggies in it, and then pop it in the microwave for a few mins. Wellllll there were a handful of times as a kid when I would forget to put the water in the cup before popping it in the microwave, so the noodles would burn and the whole house would smell like burnt, dried noodles for hours hahaha

FAIL: I ate a salad last night that was just on the cusp of expiring... well, this AM, it doesn't feel so much like it was on the cusp as it actually was over D:

FAIL: Not realizing that the milk in the fridge expired yesterday and using it this morning in your smoothie. 🤢

Had an interview with a dream company a few years ago and missed the call. They're in a different time zone. Luckily they were understanding, but I still didn't get the job :'D
