Don't want to offend or upset you just trying to share what info I get with everyone! You can count on me doing what is best for myself by keeping myself as informed as possible. Have a lovely Valentines Day, sweetie!
no no not offended (hope you are not offended to) at all but we both just have other resources :) ❤
Ah. I don't tend to watch Animal Planet except for the Puppy Bowl.
Okay :)
I know Tubi has much more than horror. But that tends to be what I go there for so that's the genre I relate it to.
With how many great horror movies I've found on there (such as the original Martyrs and Pulse), I don't doubt that they have other greats from different genres. Plus generally fun films.
lol I can understand that :)
Day off for me today, fell asleep twice on the couch and I am still tired
No one offended on either side, the beauty is that we mutually get to share what we've learned. More sources is wonderful! Sorry, didn't express myself well, I know you are aware of what Tubi offers.
that does sound cute, puppies are always cute.
hahaha i think you are right with the kitty litter with your hubby.
Hope you all had a nice valentine. I got a card.. no name..
-hug- Love your HA!
I did not get anything in RL but i did get a gift here with 2 cat CW's in it. So Sweet! Someone knows me well :)
Thank you, the dress was a WL present for Valentines Day!
- :'( I just saw your post. What horrible news. I'm so sorry. tight hugs :'(
- I had a lovely weekend taking care of my flu stricken hubby. He's better now and the house is swimming in Lysol. 😂
- ooo! A secret admirer! :D I believe that you can read about the Survival (zombie) event in the Subetapedia, under Survival. I would link you but I don't know how with sCode and my screen reader. You should be able to find it under one of the drop-down menus that are located across the top of the site.
- So, what was the breakable item in the box? I bet it was a bird figurine. :) There's an Evil Dead tv show? :O I really do live under a rock. 😆
- A secret admirer? How lovely! :) Hubby's feeling better. He felt good enough to go out and get my meds yesterday. He surprised me with dinner from Outback Steakhouse. It was yummy. We watched the latest Bond movie, "No Time to Die" during dinner. Girl, you could have warned me! I know you didn't want to spoil it but the end of that movie was NOT what I was expecting. I cannot believe they ended it that way. I know for a fact that the Bond franchise going forward has lost 3 fans. None of us will watch any more Bond films. Aside from that, the evening was nice. :D
- A septic stroke is a very different event then the ones you listed. I would explain the differences here but it would be faster if you simply Googled "septic embolism with stroke" and read up. :) Oatmeal won't do a thing for me except boost the amount of soluable fiber in my diet. I can't take asprin because I'm on a blood-thinning medication and, while my blood does need thinning, it doesn't need to be thinned that much. lol I also have other medical issues that make food and medicinal solutions a bit tricky thanks to interactions, etc. Thankfully, I have a very good team of doctors and leave it, for the most part, in their capable hands. hugs :D
- I have no words. I don't have any grandkids so I have nothing from which to draw a comparison. My heart goes out to you , none the less. :'(
Only listed those strokes as I have had one of each. The septic stroke I will look up, it was unnerving to realize there are other types. Firmly believe in knowing as much as one can about what personally ails them. Luckily I checked out a medication my cardiologist wanted me to switch to but it was contraindicated. Because this busy dr did't read patient memos he didn't even know how I felt about it for another year, in the meantime I had to ask my primary to switch me back to the med I had been taking. Every adult needs to know family medical info to help determine what is and isn't good for you by checking the properties of prescribed meds and how it might affect them.
It's okay.
It was miscommunication on both sides I think.
It was a sushi eating set. Two plates and two little cup/bowls to pour the soy sauce. He bought so much sushi <3
The show is on Netflix and picks up after Army of Darkness. It feels so much like the original films. Cheesey dialogue and subpar graphics.
Agreed, still getting used to not have the thought of hacker I guess because I woke up at 5:30 this am - so not me, being retired means I get to sleep in till 8:00. Will work on focus more and communication.
- Netflix? Awesome! :) What a lovely gift! One can never have too much sushi! :D
- I agree. I had some knowledge from prior working experience but after the stroke I became a walking encyclopedia of everything related to the illness that I could get my hands on. I fired my gp and found one that aligned to my outlook on health. My cardiologist is one of the best in my area, as is my pain management doctor. I believe that one should be their best advocate because if you can't stand up for your own health, no one else is going to. :D
The last line of that comment should be on a bill board. Absolute truth, you have to be your own advocate. The script my cardiologist wanted me to take had an ugly possible side effect which if you took it and got the side effect discontinuing the med would not get rid of it. Not a chance I wanted to take. Still taking the med he wanted to replace and am doing just fine.
love the dress! Very pretty!
i do, and got another gift today lol! Oh how good he felt better and surprised you. Lol i could not give away the big Bond ending it would have spoiled it for you. This is one of my favorite bond movies with Skyfall. I am wondering who will be the next bond, Daniel Graig did such a good job will be hard replacing him.
sending you hugs and prayers.
no stroke is fun and sadly there are way to much different strokes :( And each bpdy needs other meds or can't have some meds. -hugs to both- and get well
oh that was nice, sushi! I need to check if my country netflix has those movies. They are great
Till I learned recently about septic stroke I had only heard of 2 kinds - basic stroke and trans ischemic strokes as one of each has happened to my parents and both to me. In addition my mother had a cerebral hemorrhage and my Dr wonders if I might have this type of aneurysm from her since I do have the thoracic aneurysm from my father. True no stroke is fun and due to other possible conditions treatment varies. Plus we are all different and what works for one doesn't work another. Tough stuff.
- If there's one thing I've learned over the last 8 years, it is that. No one will stick up for you better than you can yourself. :D
That's sweet. :D No, don't misunderstand me. I hated the ending of that movie. I won't be watching anymore of them, regardless of who they recast as Bond. I'll just keep watching all the old ones, instead. They can't rewrite canon simply because they want Bond to appeal to a younger, hipper crowd. I honestly can't believe they tried to rewrite over 50 years of canon just to make more$$$. Did they think the old, faithful, Bond fans would just forget? I'm not that fickle.:) Any plans for this weekend? :D
