- I agree. :D Well, you must understand that the last time I was in the work force was 20 years ago. Most promotions, wage increases, etc. happen at your performance review. At the time of the review you would get a copy of the review and a paper that would state your wage increase. If you got a promotion you would get papers saying what the promotion was to and how much of a wage increase was involved. You'd also get papers saying what your new duties and responsibilities were. There were no contracts. In fact, the only contracts I heard of were for temp nurses and their temp agency handled all of the contract issues for them. Now, when I was first hired I was given papers that stated my job title, my duties and responsibilities, my wages, any benefits like health insurance, and a lot of forms that I had to sign regarding patient privacy, etc. There was no contract, though. Interesting difference between us and you guys. (This may have all changed in the 20 years since I've worked. ;) ) :D

I'm agender and use she/her pronouns. I don't find them gendered, long story short.

When I was young and didn't know about not being cis, people confused me for a boy from time to time.

So it's sort of impossible to insult me by using the wrong pronouns.

Well i finally saved some money guess what... fridge/freezer combo broke down yesterday... Really!! Come on! Anyway after some calls i found a local store who had a fridge and guess what it's already here! Waithing now as it has to stand still for 8 hours, so around 6pm it can be turned on but before it's cold and the freezer to... So take out for tonight.

it's never fun when a family member passes and other family members are making it a hard time.

still it's weird no contract but a paper what you get and your new duties... Here we always get a new contract. And health insurance we all get over here and we pay a bit for it each month and everything is covert (dentist, doc, hospital, etc).

- Wow, that was quick with a new fridge/freezer. If ours broke down we'd have lost a bunch of food. We don't shop every day. I do the shopping online about every 2 weeks and hubby runs out and picks it up. How did you get Meez and Mooz for your HA? Did you comission them? I think it's great that you've got them in your HA! :D

I had to trow away food to :( I do shopping once a week and well i had to go shopping when i saw it was broke...

I phoned around as i saw a fridge/freezer combo and i went for the one who was here fast and good service. I got a little discount to lol!

Meez is [item2=green staying in sweater] and you can get it from the shops.

Mooz is [item2=miss vain toasty cat loaf] and that is CW. Harder to get

It's lucky that you got a replacement so quickly, with a discount and good service to boot! :) That's awesome that you were able to get both kitties with little trouble. I think it would take longer and cost more if you had to comission both. :D

My birds' deaths were easier to deal with because at least there wasn't an a-hole making it all about them.

I'm doing my best to avoid communicating with dad until after the funeral. My therapy session yesterday was basically all about how to handle the wedding.

I don't touch that debate and only define bisexuality to those I'm out to offline. It's honestly more about how I view my bisexuality rather than a concrete definition.

Yeah...a seven or eight year old writing about their entire family dying. I wasn't that close with my parents while growing up. Wasn't my only story with a family dying in the beginning XD

Luckily he bought that I was in the middle of something and would call him back. At least long enough for me to hang up.

- I agree with you. That's the best way to handle that kind of discussion. :) As the mother of 2 boys and 3 girls, I've read a number of highly imaginative second grade stories. My eldest daughter wrote a story where my head would pop off intermitantly. After I stopped laughing at it I askedher, why? She innocently said it was because I always knew when she and her brother were getting into trouble, even when I wasn't in the same room. She imagined that I could pop my head off and it would float to where they were and spy on them. o.O Kids have the best imaginations.😂 Oh, no. Is there any way you can turn off the phone? Maybe say the battery died and you needed to get a new one? XD (Did you mean wedding?)

- after the refridgerator was settled, did it work properly? I don't know anything about comissions here. Way back before my internet hiatus, the only graphics on subeta were profile layouts and forum signature banners. There was no custom clothing at all. So, I don't know about quality or price. I have no need to. Did you look into a comission and find it too expensive? :D

it's working like a charm, it where 8 long hours wait but it's working firn. I never done a commission so no clue how it works. My profile i asked around and someone contacted me and we worked out a payment (sps). I am horrible in those kind of things.

Been a long work weekend, with rain, rain and more rain. Got soaked a few times and after work i became a couch potato. But on the pc now and here and in a few i want to get (hopefully) creative in my bullet journal. Saw a post about moon phases for in a journal and i thought maybe i can make it to.

lol so together we know just enough about commissions lol Yep the cats in my HA look like the boys, not exactly but close. Mooz is black and white and Meez a red one with a bit of white.

Mooz is the fun loving one, cuddle bug , small one and afraid of almost nothing.

Meez is bigger then Mooz, 2 weeks older, likes the cuddle on his therms (which are spare) and a big scaredy-cat.

waves yes, lots of ups and downs…right now more good than bad. MIL is in remission from stage 4 lung cancer…hubby and I approach 3 year wedding anniversary but 8 years together.

- It's so interesting to see how differently two pets can be personality-wise. I also find it interesting that the little one is the fierce one. :D Your bullet journal idea sounds interesting. Would you just note the current phase of the moon? I hope you don't catch a chill from all that rain. :D
