- that's exactly why those of us who've read the trilogy love logan. he's a shining exsample of an anti-hero. i don't know which book you moved to after the trilogy but you should give them a chance again. it's easy to look up the order the books should be read in. the next one in line is best served cold, i believe. that one starts very slow. skip it as it's a stand alone and while it's set in the first law world you don't need it to read the rest of the books.i can't remember right now and i don't have time to research it but the character you're looking for in the first law series is sand dan glockta. he gives logan nine-fingers a run for his money when it comes to who's the better anti-hero. i'm going to put those books on my reading wishlist. i don't know when i'll get to them but feed is definitely one i'd like to delve into.

I would say I'm naturally a pessimist but it does seem easier to try to be positive. I can't say I've reached optimist level yet but I'm continually working on it. I'm glad Sushi is doing well! I'm taking my old pup (14 year old yorkie) to the vet next week as he has a rash on his back. I have some Animax oinment for pets and it seems to be healing the rash but with his age I want to be sure he's ok. Ugh snow!! What movie will you watch if your mom gets to visit? Going to visit my baby brother and his family tomorrow - he's not young just younger than me. :-)

yeah that's true :P My main go to is the Lo Mein and I know it sounds weird but they have this mayo shrimp one that's really good LOL! we're having a blizzard right now. hubby ordered domino's last night when it started to snow saying the pizza will outlast the snow. joke's on him as it hasn't stopped snowing yet and we're down to 1 pizza. that will be gone very soon as our 17 yr old bottomless pit just rolled (literally) out of bed and is scrounging for "breakfast". i'd change it all for some good chinese, though. haven't had any in months as i live in the hinterlands and only the post office and domino's knows how to find us. :(
