thank you dear fabulous one I spend so much time in the wardrobe during this favorite time here...love Masquerade and all that goes with it. you are so funny and creative...wish I had great stories like you do! I conked out early last night...hehe sometimes I try to hard to stay awake and my eyes just close all on their own.

I love dry wit and humor, but unfortunately I don't always Get it right away. Lol That's usually how I end up being the butt of some jokes. ^_^' Wow! It's been so long since I met a Dane I forgot how Deep their voices are! That flop was adorable. Ha!

Sometimes I Wish we could forget them more often... Dream I had last night..... You know there's those Nice grey days? Where you just wanna snuggle and drink something warm? And then there's those grey days where it feels like electricity in the air. Anything could happen, but it may or may not be good. And Then there's those grey days that are kinda muggy, but you feel dry and thirsty. Kinda cold, but warm and sticky, and it's just an all-around Icky Day? My dream was that last one. I don't know how else to describe it.

I don't know what a 'floof nugget' is (chicken nugget? now I'm hungry..) But I'mma race to the coffee. :3

Good Morning!! Sorry I had to post and poof the other day, been busy also sorry for the confusion I may have caused :D I am an old timer lair bear :) I quietly left the lair a couple of years ago but I am back! I also took a hiatus from Subeta a few years back, back when they switched over shops and messed with my hoarding system and getting the hoarding achievement. Only stayed away for about a year back then. Came back to Subeta because I just love it... I am still a hoarder :p I will continue my lurking skills but hope to stop in for chats here and there... I missed y'all! Will post more when time allows and I will try and catch up on reading the thread too group hug ❤ (I have to poof again but will be back later on)

We're glad you're back! :) I myself hoard things for pets, but otherwise am more of an unintentional hoarder. lol

Some of my favorite trigger-words are tuches, Q-tip, kumquat, schmendrik and Al Gore. My family has German origins so much of our humor is dry, sarcastic and rude. I try not to be that way, but you often see it when Weldon and I kid around. I also use Yiddish because I learned it from my Master, whose family had Yiddish origins and it fits my sense of humor which is often based on funny-sounding words.

: Sydney's sandpaper and lemons remark reminded me of something Cousin Bosco used to say: "Frieda, don't you just hate it when you peel off a scab and it bleeds, and then you rub lemon juice on it? Oooooh....I hate it when that part happens!"

: I would love to meet your velcro-baby. I'm on pretty good terms with doggies because we have a engineered a very detailed treaty with all canines in our country. Doggos are hilarious. Thank you for sharing the funny video...my gosh those are huge doggies....

My Daddy was always telling stories to me (and Weldon too, Welly lived with us undercover the whole time I was growing up from the time I was an infant. Weldon's official cover story was that he was Daddy's helper). My twin brother Friedrich is Master of Lore, Literature and Artifacts, and he is a wonderful storyteller. My stories just happen to have more 'flavor' to them.

I've heard from others about wardrobe difficulties. I think that during Masquerade, our wardrobes develop magical properties, inveigle us into becoming intimate with them, seduce us with some spell and then shut our brains off so that we get lost and confused...I'm pretty sure about this.

He is on a 14/14 schedule.2 weeks home, 2 weeks gone, unless they call him to go early or ask him to stay out longer. Yes I was worried (more than I already am when he leaves). I hate that he and all the men that work in this industry sacrifice so much, work so hard, and pout themselves in danger everyday, and people have no idea what the oilfield life is like. We all just go to the pumps and fill up our cars and use products that are made with petroleum products, etc., and don't give it a second thought.

We need to help those that dont have many dances, we have quiet or busy bears if you know who they are spin them around a lot. commented she only had 6 as of this morning. That shocked me, Judy is one of the sweetest bears. So I am spinning her around the dance floor more, and trying to dance with other quiet bears. Remember some bears have health or personal issues, and coming on to participate can be a serious challenge for them.

Oh I know, he tries to be stern with Roro and Dinky and ends up laughing. Never mind how silly he sounds talking with them. His wife records and fights not to laugh the whole time. Every time I need cheering up, I go look at one of the videos. But Dinky flopping on the couch, like his throwing a tantrum like a 2 year old gets me every time.

I got the achievement finally, but still go to BHH just more selective on items I grab. Oh if I dont get it, no problem. Because I dont get mad I get even. Play a joke on them, and tables turned their the butt of the joke. Although my parents particular sense of humor, can be so different from others. They have a way of talking that paints verbal pictures, and good listeners will pick up on it and laugh along with them. My 3 sons are the same way, I passed on the silly baton to them as they grew up.

I found the video series on the great danes by accident, and watched every video available that particular time. I think the Dad's humor is just as silly as his danes. I would love to dog sit them.

I am happy you came back, I am still hoarding. I was so annoyed on the hoarding achievement, I got one and was working on the rarity hoard achievement. Which I havent given up on yet, I am trying collect one of each item. Also annoyed about reading drive, still collecting books. I didnt stop even though they said, they wouldnt have reading drive again. Hoping that will come back! I feel if I give up on both, thats when they will bring them back on me. I want one of those huge great danes they have such silly personalities, but would have to give up a couch for their dog bed, lol. Dont say treat to loud Ronnie will come running, LOL. He could make friends with any species, he just wants buddies. My younger son has two weinie/doxies, when we visit the chase is on and they end up in a pile when they get tired.

I sent her 3 bags each of lounge trinkets and steamworks trinkets. :D

Thanks I am sending her some of my extra bags, too. I am going to send some to other bears I know arent here because of RL issues.

Oof! She should pop in the Masq topics and ask for dances if she can :( i remember one or two topics that are about adding ppl that wanted more dances :) That applies to other bears too! If they feel they didn't get any dances.
