I'm working on it. Yes, it's very lucky, finding the right fridge quality-wise...now that's a chore most stores only have like 4 models and 5ish brands of them. The silver linings/ blessings are not lost on me but getting to the sunny side is hard sometimes.

It tough but you just have to focus on the bright side, it's like telling your mind to walk on the sunny side of the street. Had that problem years ago, on my puter I did reviews after checking who had energy levels that worked for me along with size and user comments. Never once set foot in a store. Exactly, think it just surprises me, compliments are lovely things that I just don't expect them. But I really do appreciate them.

I have the problem, too. Compliments are so shocking and hard to get used to. Sad.

I take anxiety meds and have a counselor for that and depression. I hope you are able to reach out for help if you need it. I know some situations don't allow for it.

My mom just got her first shot. She got a bit achy and I made peanut butter and grape jelly sandwiches for dinner.

It's hard to be humble sometimes. When does your mom get her second shot? How was getting your mom's second shot for her and travel for you?

Makes me happy every time I hear someone else got their vaccine. Hope her arm doesn't hurt too much.

It went great. Roads were mostly fine. Because she has some allergies to medicines we had to wait 30 minutes after the shot instead of 15. Drive home was fine and other than feeling extra tired for 36 to 48 hours, she has felt fine. She's looking forward to passing the 3 week mark so she can go into some stores (still masked naturally).

Glad to hear that the trip went well and that aside from tiredness your mother is doing well. You both were on my mind.

Well, my plumbing is not going to be an easy fix, blast it. Cory (my son) turned on the water and discovered a serious mess. I have to have a plumber. There were two really long pvc pipes that were not insulated and both were split along the length and broken. I think there was another one that right by the fitting was broken completely. He took pictures and its awful. I thought all the pipes were covered, I really did. But when he did those he went in from the side, and I guess he didn't see these. It's very close quarters under there and there's a lot of stupid junk (I'm being nice) that Rox (the hoarder) has hidden under there too, of which I wasn't aware. Growls

Rox has to go to the dentist. She has an abcess and half her face is swollen. She's in a lot of pain too.

I was wondering how things were going. hugs Hope you can work out getting those pipes fixed and that Rox can get the abcess taken care of. Neither of those things are any fun.

Hello everyone! I was realllly sick for Valentines Day and a few days after, I'm just now beginning to feel like myself again. Today is probably the first time I've successfully quested and autorpriced in full in ages.

Hi! Glad you feel better. Thank you. Thankfully my parents are helping, and a plumber is coming tomorrow. Can't wait for this horror show to be over! And yes, as soon as he's done we will definitely insulate them.

Sorry. Long convoluted story. I talk about Rox every now and then. She's been my best friend for 34 years. She lives with me (again) after she was in the hospital for breathing in that ancient insulation that fell down with part of the ceiling in David's house. They used to be married but they are really much better friends and get along. He shared his truck with her so she could get to work, so it was easiest to live there, after my car died and went to the wrecking yard. After David, Rox was married to a real piece of work and when they divorced, she moved in with me. He caused all kinds of problems and stress, and a lot of it manifested in hoarding. She always had a predisposition toward it, but during and after that relationship, it became a full blown obsession. Now all I see is trash everywhere. I know some things are really nice or useful that she brings home, and that's ok. But the rest is ridiculous and preys upon my mind. I make her get rid of some of it every once in awhile. But things happen, and it never completely gets done. She hurts all the time from different things, and usually doesn't feel well enough to do anything. Sometimes she does get some sorted and gone. But never enough, and never several days in a row. Then, of course, she brings more in... It never ends. My solution is to take everything and throw it on the curb, with only a passing glance as to what it is. If it's good, it can be kept or donated; if not, its trash. That's just how I feel. Now I discovered that she's filled up a lot of the minimal space underneath my mobile home, and it just totally pisses me off. This is on top of stacking shit around the outside of my house. I've made her get rid of that every now and then, and I've tossed the crap to the curb myself, too. I have 12x14, 8x10, and 6x6 storage sheds. They are so damn full you have to clear out some of the crap before you can even think of going in. It drives me insane. She left her bedroom so packed with stuff last time that she has been sleeping on the couch cushions on the floor for the last one + years! It just needs to go. She needs a hoarder specialist and a 10 person crew to clean out everything here and go though it. David's house is even worse. I'm not nearly as nice about it as he is.

Rox went to a low cost dentist this morning that I found online and discovered she has three abscesses at once and all the swelling turns out to be a big mass of pus. That happened to me once and I was in such unbelievable pain. So I know how she feels. She will need to get three teeth pulled Wednesday after next, after hopefully all the infection is gone.

Omg, three abcesses and puss. Poor Rox. Hoarding is such a tough battle to fight. Hope some time she might get some therapy to help.

Good afternoon al. Did you guys see the news?! Survival starts tomorrow, my 1st event here and ofcourse i want loads of stuff from the shops. But first need to check what i must do for this event.

I feel your pain, I have a relative that is a hoarder, thankfully it's not super bad...at least not yet...and never is it bad like old food and food containers...just a heck of a lot of stuff. It's a maze to get through the apartment.

I'm feeling pretty awful as the beautiful weather is trying to start, it's making my sinuses flip out. I'm just wanting to pull the blankets over my head to sleep it off. Which stinks. My eyes itch and hurt and my head feels like an ever-filling ballon but also very painful.
