Thank you for the goodies! Role play is so much fun! I have done it for years, starting in high school and college (back in the dark ages) with D&D and then progressing to online back in the days of Yahoo IM with different fandoms and most recently on subeta with Wizarding and Wayward Squirrel. Essentially it is just creating stories with a few twists at times. For example, on Wizarding we have 'homework/lessons' to complete as Hogwarts students. We have to either write it out as our character would do it or at times interact with another member of the group and co-write a section. There are 'field trips' where we have done things like visit places from the HP movies or just go to a beach or magical animal reserve. With Wayward Squirrel there were usually 10-15 groups of 5-8 players each and it was more a competition. We had puzzles to solve, stories and sometimes poems to write, HA contests, and group written stories, each worth a certain number of points based on creativity or swiftness at solving the puzzles. At the end we were allowed to pick out prizes based on our group scores. Both groups were a lot of fun, but sadly neither is very active any more. I know I had to miss the last few times of Wayward Squirrel due to real life things. And the group I was a part of there sort of drifted apart as far as all of us being able to be online at the same time, though as I said, we do still talk whenever we're on the site at the same time. :) While fun, the groups were very intense at times and time demanding, especially if you're a competitive person lol. If you enjoy writing though, I recommend role playing :D

I started playing on Subeta over 13 years ago (OMG! Has it really been that long!? ...I feel old.) Anyway, I'm not as 'invested' in the site as some may be, but I really like being here. I rarely post on the forums, but when I do, there's always someone to talk to, which is really nice. Subeta has become my only social platform since I'm not on any other platform like everyone else seems to be these days.

I love playing the holiday events, and exploring the various areas of Subeta. I've also loved playing user-run events as you can interact with others. I love the challenge of the achievements and item collections. I'm rather proud of my plushie collection and I've almost beaten Ziara Raceway on the Hard level!

I can't point to any one event or thing about Subeta that really stood out to me as there are so many things that I love about it. If I start getting bored in one area, I can move on to another challenge. No, I don't always like every thing, but, for me, the good parts far outweigh the bad. I'm sorry to hear you're leaving Subeta, but I can understand the various reasons you may have.

That being said, I'll never turn down free items! So anything you want to toss my way will be appreciated! :)

Gotcha, that sounds like DnD. I’m very into interactive storytelling and I love that sort of player engagement. Thank you for describing process for me! I’m committed to executing my own stories right now and publishing, but I will keep this idea in my pocket. It’s too bad the game isn’t as active here anymore, but I’m so glad you’ve built a lasting community out of it.

Welcome back to the forums :P Wow, it has been such a long time since I’ve thought of arcade games like the Ziaran raceway—I think I was actually on site when the game came out, which seems long ago now. We are old XD It sounds like there are more plots incoming, and the user run events here have only gotten better with the years. I’m glad you’ve enjoyed your subeta time so far, and sure you will continue to do so for many years yet, given how the site seems to be developing. I’m glad you asked for the Vanity Release Tops! I used it in one of my favorite outfits. I’ll profile comment you if I can find it!

I've been working with a friend of mine and we're talking about trying to get some of our writings together and publish them at some point as well. What genre do you mainly write?

Also I'd like to ask for more items if I may, so I'll share another memory. This one is kind of funny. I remember the first time that I happened to see something in Blackheart Hollow. I freaked out because I had tried for years to snag something. I clicked, even though it wasn't a wishlist item and was thrilled that I had finally managed it AND earned the achievement. Then shortly after that they added more levels to the achievement lol.

Hello again c: I remembered something about the time I spent on Subeta years ago! My memory was sparked by the recent petnames change, and newfound inspiration for pets. I remembered a few of my old pets: Unmerciful the bloodred magnus.. a lilac illumis that had a music theme.. a marsh lain.. a galactic serpenth named Alpha Serpentis.. weird times, lol. For a few of them I made these awful backgrounds in Microsoft Paint with lots of lines and cartoony bits I got off Google. I commissioned someone to help me code one profile and I edited the code to fit the others. I had a few stories written at the time too! I had a story for one of my pets that involved an antique store, one about a carnival, one about an imaginary friend.. then when I came back from years of hiatus, the profiles were all wiped clean! Lucky for me though, cuz the profiles were--I'll say it again--awful XD I vaguely remember the stories though, and that was the only relatively good part!

I'm new here, just arrived yesterday actually, and accidentally managed to spend my newbie money in some random shop by accident. I guess that's what I get for clicking randoms things whilst I'm on my phone, haha.

1. 2.So as an adult it is REALLY tough to find new friends, 1. Do you really wanna go to a bar when your married and walk up to some random person who is drinking and be like hey so what else do we have in common besides alcohol or 2. Go up to another stranger at a park who might be running or enjoying the outside and being like hey let’s be friends. Its not easy! Your friends move away and you just don’t know how to make new ones and it’s kinda sad, really sad to be honest. So when I discovered that two people I talked to on here actually lived close to me and I was EXSTATIC. I arranged a meeting and it went great, both were also married or with a partner so my husband had someone to chat with and then merlot and myself both got pregnant around the same time so we were able to share trials and tribulations together during the pregnancy and after too, little boys get into everything. So I am really happy to have subeta as a means to find friends who I might NEVER have met or known about without subeta <3 Kinky just recently moved to Colorado which was super sad because I was losing a friend I could hang out with but thanks to subeta we can still talk online and still be forever friends <3 plus some of my family lives in Colorado so maybe we can visit sometime. :)

Hello again! I have another story. I met a friend on here who is in the USA (I'm in Australia) back in 2008. We got along really well and when I visited the USA in 2009, we met up and toured New Mexico together! That was a hoot. I love New Mexican food. I remember going to the Loretto chapel in Santa Fe that has the 'miracle' staircase, which is gorgeous.

Although we never really knew each other I have seen your lovely HA's around for years. I was very happy to save a few from your other thread to my wardrobe. Though I'm pretty sure I will never wear them.

I started playing on Subeta in college years ago. Almost immediately I invited my sisters to join and since then it has been our version of social media. None of us have fancy phones or texting, I think one of us has a Facebook account but she isn't active on it. So Subeta is where we go to have fun together. There have been so many different things we've enjoyed together through the years but the biggest one that came to mind was from Luminaire 2018.

When CW's first came out I completely ignored them. Wouldn't even look at them. Because I never thought I would get any and definitely not the ones I liked the best. But in 2018, I think it was Morostide or maybe Masquerade I forget, Disasters had a contest and I finally paid attention and maybe went a little crazy. I was very blessed and lucky that year collecting whatever it was Disasters wanted for points in her shop. Not only was I able to collect CW's for myself but I gave each of my sisters 3 of the CW's I collected for Luminaire and that was so much fun.

2. I'm a new player only been here for about two weeks or so. But when I did join I got a sweet welcome messages from a few people here. They made me feel welcomed to the site. I also got a nice gift from an unknown person. People here are really kind and it makes me happy to be a part of this game. I am looking forward to making new memories here.
