oooohhhhhhh.......seriously considering it.....lol
Six weeks left in the semester, though at this time I still don't see any current chapters. The syllabus says chapter 7 & 8, but no new assignments are available. All I can do is read, and jot down the written portion to later post online.
While greasing my car's brake pads, I noticed one lug nut didn't torque correctly. I know what this mean, the lug bolt is slipping in its mount, and may require a disassembling to remove the faulty part. Hopefully this won't be as difficult as the previous time. It resulted in replacing the brake disc, which me and my brother broke trying to remove it.
[Edit] Class went well, though continued problems with my connection made my experience quite a bother. I wasn't able to view any of the shared content or answer throughout the session. But I'm relieved to know he homework section is opened for submitting, I will continue with my work and have time to correct later.
I redeemed an online code to download the soundtrack to a game I'm playing on Switch. Ori and the Will of the Wisp, and I spent the last week manually inputting the album information. Why it's not include is no longer relevant, it makes me wonder sometimes...
WHERE ARE THE MORTY CARDS?? XD

I have the weekend to complete this week's assignments, I'll focus on the part that can only be done on my laptop tonight. These are short anyway, and I'm certain to not need multiple sessions to correct.
This pile of firewood isn't as enormous as previously thought, the last week I whittled it down some. And from my own observations, that the first pile is unsuitable for anything but kindling. The trunks and logs are also too fresh to split efficiently. I suspect they need time to dry out before I can sick the wedges and saws.
I got one from Mori a few minutes ago. Its not a dry well.
I actually got one right after I wrote that. lol

Yeah......kinda stingy....lol You know what I said.....one for every 30 or 40 quests....yup. That is what we need to beg for....lol I think that is fair, if you are doing 144 quests....
- Hubs had to cut more firewood! :O He said he underestimated for the year....lol He had it stacked already, just needed to cut it. Weather was 88 on Monday and Tuesday, and lower to mid 40's the rest of the week. Talk about wonky...sheesh
Hey, I'm with ya. Cute HA! :)

aww....thank you!! I asked Maskros for this bicycle....think I am gonna beg her for the others......lol
The days I finish all my quests, I may have two or three. I should count how many come when Quest-aThon rolls.
I structure my labors by reserving one hour every morning and afternoon for the piles. At this time I'm dividing between burning small branches and sickly pieces, and relocating the large pieces. Once the semester ends I'm adding time to split and accommodate the trunks.
This Ori game is interesting, I'm about what I'm supposed to do at this point. Plenty of time to explore the year to come.
Oh I cannot wait for the quest a thon!! rubs hands together 😆
Great time management on the logs!
Never played, or heard of, Ori, but I googled it, and wow, those colors!!! :O
Oh the artwork, this is a game I wanted to play. But in the original presentation on Xbox wasn't practical. The soundtrack is equally amazing, best heard in low volume. Good for meditation outside when the bloom is in full.
Now I am going to have to see if some of the music is on YouTube!! Your description makes me want to listen in..... ❤
[edit] OH IT IS ON YOUTUBE!!! Listening in.....
Today I have one important task, in a few hours is my appointment to be vaccinated for COVID. My brother had sent me a message with an attachment for requesting. Except for any other plans this is going to be a day without much to do.
[Edit] It was fast for people with appointments, but I must've been distracted or something... I didn't notice when it was stuck in my arm...I was told it might hurt later. My rabies shot hurt more, but it was six injections.
BLODDY HELL! My car was rear ended in a parking lot an hour ago. No sign of the other driver, of course, so I'm left with what damage is done. When I got to the campus and took a look, the rear crossmember is bent significantly and the plastic part is cracked and misaligned. Some people think driving is a right, like this numbskull. The only positive I can draw out is the rear door can still open and close correctly, but it doesn't excuse the fact.
Update 4/10 My homework is mostly corrected, what is left is needs to be done on my laptop. After I scratch up something to eat, I will jack up my car's left front wheel to replace a worn stud on the spindle. I knew that if the lug nut wouldn't torque correctly, it may be slipping in its mount.
One last thing, I'm sitting out Masquerade this year for reasons all mine own. Its too bad, mopping the floor with Mr. Boudewijn's head would be fun.
Dancing is being a pain in the butt.

Especially those phantom requests, mine been getting accepted proposals I never made.
Mine raving all the same.
Those are probably leftover requests from last year.

Just more more trinkets to donate.
I'll be posting a playlist of my rave selections when I log on my laptop. That festival I went to isn't too different from my HA. Lotta wub there!
You know, Masquerade and Raves and Festivals are so fantastical to me and my experiences IRL. I can hardly imagine laser beams and fireworks and electronic light shows and computerized music and the like. It's like a vivid dream one gets when being administered anesthetic herbal medicines prior to surgery.
The only "popular" music venue I ever went to was to the County Fair with my human Author and his Mate and the band Chicago was the highlight act. They were fantastic, I had never heard music like that, or seen lights like that, or been in such a crowded venue such as that ever in my life. But it was nothing like some of the stories I have heard about Burning Human Person Festival, or Atebus Revolution Masquerade.
In my village, we have music and it can get rambunctious, but it's all done on harps, fiddles, mandolins, banjoes, penny whistles, paw drums, concertinas and pipes by firelight, or better still, down by the lake with a gigantic bonfire, cookout and overnight camp. But the effect is still the same, high emotions, dizzying dancing, flirting, cajoling, passion, love and joy. If Human festivals are ever so much more so fantastical as our weekly Market Day dance, I can only imagine what the birth rates are like in the months that follow.
I had over forty unclaimed dances left over from last year. If you're new to Subeta, it's surprising to discover those phantom dances for the first time.
