Last day to fight the Boppers!

When choosing your weapon set on the page before going into battle; is it possible to remove a weapon from your set? I can click in the lower box to add and drag them to rearrange, but don't seem able to remove a weapon when I already have 8 selected to put a different one in its place.

Reason I ask is I now have 3 battle pets and a set each for them, but when I want to fight Mama Mush I want to remove my freezer and swap for a stealer. 3 sets is the max, yes?

You can click on the greyed out box of a weapon that is already in your set to remove it from the current set :)

Also, I think you can get up to 5 battle sets with a gold account.

If you chose the "choose weapons" option from the main page - you can still customize. When your on that page, select the "Customize" tab. If your already at 8 weapons, you'll need to reclick the weapon you want to remove from your set first before you can add a new weapon to the set. The weapons that are "faded" out in the bottom weapon window are actually the ones you've already selected. The ones that are more vibrant and normal looking are not in your set.

Keep in mind this does not permanently change that set and it is only for that battle. You would need to go back to the armory to change it permanently.

Its max 3 for regular accounts or 5 if you have a gold account.

Thank you for replying, I think it must be my browser not working as expected. I'm on Windows with Chrome and when I click the weapon already in my set a grey box appears around when I hold the click but disappears on release, and when I click a weapon in the lower box I just get the 'You already have 8 weapons selected' pop up.

Have you tried clicking on a weapon in the lower box that is in your set? I'm using the same browser as you. ): That sounds annoying though. If its any consolation, if you do activate a GA and make 2 extra sets, you will keep those sets even if you lose the GA (though if you delete the sets while non GA, you cannot remake)

Ahh! Yes that's it, the weapons that were showing at the top of the box are all not used so are full colour, and I didn't see the faded ones, even though clearly mentioned by you both! Doh I feel stupid now, least it's figured out, thank you both again.

Just expanding on Jovi's response.

The top box really serves no function other than to show you the weapons you will go into battle with and to rearrange the order of your set. Clicking or selecting the weapons in the top box will not change your set.

You will need to use the bottom box to add or remove weapons.

That would be great to have a way to continue. Buying intel with exp would be wonderful. Even if a high high amount.

That would be awesome if you could transfer EXP to either another user or even another pet would be nice. I think if you get enough tomes and EXP you could maybe make it by the end of this year. That's where doing battle quests everyday helps. Buy mage amulets and see if you get tomes that way.

That would be awesome if we could use EXP for intel, especially since books can be so expensive. I don't know how high I want my battle pet's intel to be... would like her AP to reach 500.

Yes! I am trying do everyday the battle quests and the quentin quests. Lets see if I can get it . I really want to get tier 13.

It's already coded for exp to be spent on intel. If memory serves, it was only live right before the stat cap was raised because they had to clear out saved exp before changes could take effect. The price in exp for intel was insanely high, but it would be easy to drop it down to a reasonable price if the feature came back. The shop idea is also cool. Either way it be nice to have capped gain/spend exp or for a pet a point or two off cap that's been saving exp to have something to spend the hoard on.

I think the reason why thy don't want to bring it back for intel is because it would make getting intel too easy. BQs already make it easier to boost other stats and climb tiers.

Maybe it's just been so long I don't remember, or maybe it was before the challenger change, but I managed to beat Wolf in Granny's Clothing and Sofie on a T10 in BQs today. The pet doesn't have a ton of AP, and there isn't a significant difference in my weapon set or available scrolls. But hey, 1300 experience points for wins against their base versions isn't bad!
