RNG is just opportunity.

With 8 crit crystals you have the opportunity for those to stack (“good” RNG) and creating a massive hit 10-15k+

That’s going to be your best bet at those stats.

Essentially you need a bit of luck, but its 100% possible with the weapons you’re using

Just make sure you’re double blasting with soma tabs and RB

Sorry for just barging in, but about those critical strike crystals (I had never heard of these before) - do you put several on weapons with multiple slots or just one? So far I only have those elemental Baguette Crystals on pretty much all of my weapons except for the Item Defenders Shield which is modified with three different Defense Baguette Crystals. Following your discussion, I think that may not be the most efficient way to go?

putting more increases the odds of getting a crit in. these trigger separately from your own pet’s critical striking abilities so you can get doubles and your damage will be 4x (2*2)

that doesn’t mean more = better. Getting 2x damage 40% of the time and nothing 60% of the time isn’t always better than getting an extra 40 icons 100% of the time and curses, blessings, freeze chances, etc etc.

I didn’t read up but it depends on what you’re trying to do + your pet’s stats, your opponent’s, your weaponz. I usually mix them with other crystals for general use

I don't know exactly what you're trying to do, but I've done well with half Parched baguettes and half Critical Strike crystals. I'm cheap and don't like to waste my mods, haha, and the freezing protection comes in handy a lot, plus you get a small attack from them as well, fwiw.

I usually turn in 100 at a time to the mage. I am trying to get to my milestone of 1k tomes for Oranos. He is at 800/1000 x.x

I use crit strike on opponents where freezing is disabled (like meatslab) rng heavy opponents (like careaper) or event bosses (like the hydragellos). I will combine these with other mods though, depending on who I am fighting. Usually 2 crit + 2 eor or 2 crit +2 parched per weapon.

Holy cow! That's a heck of a goal! 100 is good, though; I had way more than that and it was a challenge, but a fun one :).
