This quote helps remind me of certain aspects I try to focus on in my own life: Too many people want to be something they're not or achieve something they haven't... instead of focusing on the smaller things in life that can make them special and appreciate what they have in the current moment. As well, accepting that trying's one best is ok because one gave the most he/she could at that moment. Doing one's best to be moral, honest, loyal to one's self and others isn't always easy but it makes one better down the line. I try to rise up to the challenges life throws at me and even when it's downright hard I keep trying.

Hmm. I'm going to go with my favorite Galaxy Quest quote: "By Grabthar's Hammer, by the Sons Of Warvan , you shall be avenged!" - Dr. Lazarus / Alexander Dane (played by Alan Rickman) Mostly this is my favorite, because Galaxy Quest is a work of cinema art. Amazing movie, amazing satire, amazing comedy. And this line carries so much weight during the movie, and evolves the entire time.

In terms of a more "serious" quote, I'd go with this from the first Harry Potter film: "It does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live." - Dumbledore I miss Richard Harris, and his delivery of this line was so heartbreaking. It's an amazing quote, that really strikes home.

“Life moves pretty fast. You don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.” from Ferris Buller's Day Off. I find this even more relevant these days, especially with people being on their smartphones all of the time.

Having a brain fart and can't think of a really good / meaningful movie quote for this... All I can think of is this one line in Forrest Gump: "I think, you should go home to Greenbow, ALABAMA" My mom loves this movie and she revealed to me that whenever she reads the word "alabama" in her mind she reads it with the same force that Forrest Gump says it in the movie and I thought it was hilarious. Now I do the same thing and seeing "alabama" reminds me of this scene which reminds me of her.
