I work at a public library. I spend a lot of my time providing basic tech support for people trying to do things like printing email attachments, or writing resumes. Or more basic stuff, like typing in the address bar, or scrolling down webpages to find the option they're looking for, or pointing out the application fields that are highlighted in red.

I'm looking for a job right now, though I suppose I could be considered a freelance nature guide. It's very seasonal work though, so having a "real job" on the side would be good . |D I have a degree in customer service and sales, so I'm looking for retail work at the moment.
Can't sleep, pendulums will get me.
I work with retail systems for a cannabis company.
My degree is in archaeology so... putting that to good use xD

My job is a little hard to describe. I work in the technology and innovation department of an indigenous corporation. I work on a variety of projects as an engineer/biologist. My main projects right now include cleaning up contaminated soil and measuring my company's carbon footprint.

I'm starting a new job next week as a paralegal after four years as a front desk receptionist at a different law firm.
I'm also a self-published author of two books and I'm working on more novels. I actually prefer the freedom of being my own editor/doing the formatting for my books, as opposed to going through a literary agent. Maybe I'll go mainstream someday. shrugs

Closed captions freelancing through a third party. It pays ass and jobs are hard to come by/grab fast enough but I mostly enjoy the work and can't watch shit without CCs myself. I'm disabled (no govt recognition though, yay..), neurodivergent, and carless so my options are sadly few. Thankful I found something that can at least pay for a little food and make stuff more accessible for others. Also no bosses, screw you bosses!
I'm a front desk clerk for a historic hotel. I also supervise and train front desk clerks and do tours for people who are interested!

I'm a student right now. I've been on gov't disability for years, for both mental and physical reasons. I've been studying social work since September 2020, I should be graduating with a diploma in May-ish. I chose this field because I want to create positive change, and know that there are many different types of jobs in social work that can accommodate my issues. It's also a type of work that is in demand basically everywhere, and I am planning to move back to my home province (hopefully...) in the next ~5 years. I have training as a peer support worker and would like to use that, along with my social work degree, to work in mental health in some capacity. I have so much experience with mental illness and trauma that I think gives me a lot of compassion and insight.
