According to their calendar Masquerade is first. Easter starts next week, so I that is why I thought it would be Vesnali, but guess I was wrong. :P

it always seems like there's events in quick succession once we get to Valentine's day, but I just looked and Vesnali is in May (I was sure it was April!), so that means there's a bit of a breather between events for April ;)

:nods: The breather is very much welcome for me as I really dont enjoy the events. Just do them for the prizes mostly. :P

it does help break up the year so there's different things to do (and I always collect up every wearable, plus the food and anything my pets might insist on being in their treasures!), so generally I get sucked into the events completely laughs

Thats true, it gives us something to do. :) I tend to get sucked into it also, since I collect any book, beanbag and plushie. Not to mention wearables and food. lol Good thing I have a lot of free time. lol

that's exactly what Dad says too lmao. Long day. Had to go buy some acrylic interchangeable knitting needles since I can't find any that weren't wooden or nickel and a new lamp. You'd be shocked at seeing the prices for a shade. My favourite lamp was broken in the move and I was trying to find a shade but the one with the price that was reasonable was not able to work on that lamp. At $50+ for some lamp shades it worked out cheaper to buy an entirely new lamp! After that dad and I walked around Home Depot for over an hour. My feet hurt so bad. Its the longest walk I've had in those new shoes and insoles. He kept walking around getting lost inside and I finally got irritated and asked LOL.

yeah it can be fun :D. watching the money dwindle isn't quite as fun though LMAO. Still, am happy. I even bought a book which I haven't had in ages because of all the work with the move and then covid. Today I got in several of the parcels so it was busy getting those in and what have you. read above for the rest of my day lol.

At least I dont have to worry about getting items for my TCs, thats something. lol I would think they might start to run out of alcoholic beverages to make now tho soon. :P

True. Not that you seem to have that problem too often with all your errands and hobbies. I have a ton of unread books to read at home thankfully. I try avoiding going into town if I can help it for obvious reasons these days.
