hehe see what I mean?! And that was taken out of the window laughs some careful cropping made it look like a really fancy location, when in fact it's over a neighbour's roof :P
Yeah, my worst one is "feel the fear and do it anyway", or "what's stopping you" ;)
I guess that's one of those things that sounds nice and easy (or at least possible), but actually is a lot more challenging to get it looking right! ;) Did they show any examples of what it should / could look like, or is it just text directions?

Sounds like you got yourself a little troublemaker. :) Impressive how he managed to do all that! :)
I kinda like the wintery weather. :) Much prefer that to being too warm. :nods:

I do see they look amazing :D I can see why that's not helpful nope not a single picture
I'm the same. I love winter.
high fives Whats the plan for the weekend? Some housechores, but mostly chilling for me. Mum is visiting on Sunday for dinner and whatnot. :)

Sid always used to just unhook the ladder and toss it onto the cage floor, but Sparky usually prefers to climb up the ladder or sit on it to reach the cuttlebone better :P
Now that is a brilliant HA today! What's the background(s) you've used? Well, I don't think there's any chance of getting a snowy photo - they've changed the forecast to dry or a hint of sleet for today. Maybe when we get the next cold snap (supposedly in a couple of weeks) we might get some picturesque weather!
:K well that's not incredibly helpful to not have a picture showing how things are meant to turn out!

er... I don't think I have any plans per se. Maybe a spot of sewing and painting. sounds like a nice weekend for you :)
oh thank you. The bg is It's pretty isn't it? XD. Niamh looks great :D the wig suits her :D ugh on the sleet. Good luck on more snow chances next week :D right? Oh well. I did one in three days because it was so lengthy. It was fill the page with as many coloured circles you can. It turned out super pretty and I'm pleased with it.
It is awesome to see their different personalities and quirks. :) Birds can def. be a lot of fun to have around. :D
Sewing and painting sounds nice too! :D I am playing Persona 5 these days, and I have my sweater. lol The wool is so thick tho, I dont think it will take me too long to finish. :) Compared the other sweaters I have knitted that is.

I hadn't expected that to just be one item! It's brilliant :D
Thanks :D She realised she hadn't tried that wig out yet (she'd been too busy playing with everything else!) ;)
That sounds tedious laughs but at least it looked great once you'd finished it ;)
nods out of every budgie we've had, they all have had totally different personalities and all seemed to like different toys & treats too!

I got some sewing done but not painting. OOh have fun XD.
Ooh I don't know if i remembered you were knitting a sweater.
yeah I thought it was pretty cool :D it looks fantistic. lol it was a bit but still happy with it. :D
Yay for sewing. xD What did you make? :)
Oh, not sure I told you then, I got yarn to make a sweater for christmas. A sweater I showed you guys earlier, with pawprints on it. :) Think icelanding wool, so it will be super warm and can be used instead of a big winter coat.
We had 3 budgies growing up, they were all different for sure. :) We also had a lovebird at one point, but she only liked a couple of people and would often bite anyone else. :P

I made a mini tote bag for my small cross stitch. My friend from Puerto Rico sent me some fabric for my extremely belated bday gift at Christmas.
Today I did painting though. I got these cute little mini house lanterns for Christmas and I painted the first one Nordic in red and white--with the snow scene in it. This other one I painted to look like a gingerbread house. Then I took clay you bake in the oven and made little mini sweets. I painted them and then glued them around the lantern. It turned out too cute if I say so myself. Dad said it's adorable :D
That does sound adorable. :D Very productive! Mum visited here yesterday. I made a pie for us, and we washed and put up new curtains. Took down the red ones I had up for christmas.

ooh yummy and nice company :D What colour is the new pair of curtains?
Me loves pie. xD
Oh, not really new. I have had them for years. lol They are a shade of dusty purple I guess you could say. :)

and another awesome HA today as well! I love the pastel rainbowy Unicorn look :D hehe I really need to find some patience to get on with some crafting - so far each time I've had the inspiration, something else seems to take all my patience and thinking space! :K I'm hoping I can get sorted enough to at least get a couple of my UFOs finished this month though (I think once my grandparents finally are able to move house, things should settle down enough to let me do that!)
laughs a schoolfriend had a couple of lovebirds, and they didn't seem to be overly friendly with people ;) Sparky's been confusing me today, I heard dad's keys in the front door so I thought he was back from the supermarket.... but no, that was Sparky mimicking the sound of the keys as Dad was still half way round the shop at that point! o.O

Maybe that is typical for lovebirds? I am not sure. She also liked to sit on top of a magazine or newpaper and bite off the paper as we read. lol
Your budgies really impress me with how they can mimick sounds! My budgies never did that. lol I can see how it got confusing. xD

that's a thought - I've never had any birds other than budgies, so that could well be the case! Awww that does sound really cute.... albeit a bit annoying if she bit off the bit you were wanting to read :P
Sid did a really good copy of the sound of sausages frying, but generally he preferred words and whistles. Sparky can even do the noise the washing machine makes when it changes into the spin cycle laughs

She would thankfully only cut the top part of the page, and then move over as we turned pages. We had a lot of donald duck comics with holes. lol
And making you think the wash is done, even tho its not? :)
