When was / is the expo meant to be? Aren't they cutting it quite fine to make sure their traders know whether or not they're meant to turn up, let alone those who have already bought tickets to go?? It was the new wardrobe, but thankfully it seems to be fixed now - I guess whatever they did to make it load faster, accidentally broke part of the wardrobe and meant that HAs weren't updating properly for a few days ;)

Yeah... kickboxing wiht glasses on is a disaster waiting to happen. :P I like the way I look without glasses, but contacts makes my eyes hurt a bit.. so I cant use them. :)

if you add up how much glasses cost, with needing new lenses & new frames every so many years, you might find that laser treatment would be less than all those new glasses ;) But I'd be too scared to have anything like that done laughs (I admit it, I'm a wimp :P)

any plans today? By the time you read, I will be preparing for my doc apt. I get the next cast on my leg. Looking "forward" to it LOL.

july 18th-19th and registration was on the 9 but it was postponed. They are allowing those to who bought tickets to get gift certificates.

at least they have a backup for those who already have tickets - a lot of music festivals over here have just said that any tickets sold for this year's events that ended up being cancelled, will need to be kept, as they'll be valid for next year's ones instead :P

I need special lenses, so the glasses I get do get quite expensive. :) You can def. look at it as an investment. :) I totally get that.. it does seem a bit scary. :)

it's crazy how much you can spend just on the lenses (mine weren't anything overly complex, but the thin lenses, slight tint, and anti-blue light coating was pretty pricey), let alone the frames as well! With these ones, they literally were the only frames in the entire shop that fitted me (these are from their children's range!), so I didn't get a choice on what I had.

A school friend had always said he wanted to have laser treatment when he was old enough - he ended up wearing contact lenses, but I still think he doesn't look right without glasses on! laughs

@ you both: Sorry I am slow to respond. my projector has been acting up and making me really unwell looking at it (since it keeps flickering). It's also way too hot to use it a lot, so I have been only going on for short short spurts every day. :D -hugs-

Yea, the flickering is annoying. We hope ti is still covered for free repair since they literally just replaced/fixed it. So we'll see! Horticulture is such a cute pet, I love that! I think that’s why they didn’t allow preregistration for the GA one. And I got a mail today saying they’ve chosen to cancel it. It doesn’t come as much surprise. Given the venue and all the vendors and teachers would have to try to schedule at the end of the year—if it’s safe enough… yeah… and they’ve already had to postpone 8 other shows. Ugh lol I’d so lose that ticket after a year! They are super cute/sassy

it went well, but I was in pain too. He gave me meds which make me sleepy. Today I did a lot of work and my knee is hurting so I might have to tell him about it and risk another shot LOL. Hope you are well.

hope you get the screen cooled –snuggles- sorry about the pain/migraines. I am glad he realised what was going on too. I got some muscle relaxors on Weds and am hoping that helps too. My knee’s been hurting me today.

Some events over here were postponed, but even some that were moved to October have actually now been cancelled, as they don't see how they can enforce any required social distancing that might still be needed. hehe same here - I think I'd lose the ticket if I had it for 3 months, let alone a year! 😊 :P
