I had considered that as well. 24 hours would make sense, considering it's a once per day thing anyway. It would also give staff a chance to be online at around the same time tomorrow if it turns out that it does turn your pet into a new rift color, so maybe they'll make another news post about that.

I threw in a Void Torrent Plushie hoping to get the Yawning Void, but got an unrelated retired item. I guess maybe I went for the wrong keyword. Or maybe rarity also has something to do with it? I'll probably keep trying until I get all these new void items, they're really cool.

Hmm, I wonder if that was a test pet that staff used or something, it was created today and has the same name as one of those books that was released in the Menagerie lol.

But anyway I was wondering about that too, or if it will come back to us once the new day starts. Because I'm not sure either if we'll be able to use the rift again like right at midnight or if it's on a 24 hour thing itself. I'm guessing midnight, but the pets might not come back until later then. Still anxious to see ~

I was not brave enough to push a pet into the rift but I am very eager to see what happens to them!

oh, i didn't even notice the reference! that one might be a tester then? but the first like... five pets on the battle stats page were created/adopted today so it's hard to say :B

but yeah, even if the pets are on a longer timer, i hope the rift itself resets at midnight. 24 hour timers are a real drag :p
