I saw a funny/odd movie last night...The Court Jestor with Danny Kaye. It had Angela Lansbury as the princess! Glennis Johns (Mrs. Banks from Mary Poppins movie) and Basil Rathbone. It was a comedy-drama-musical and Danny Kaye sang tongue-twisters and did the famous "Get-it?" "Got-it!" "Good!" gag, and the Chalice with the Palace and Vessel with the Pestle gag. It had its funny moments, but it really had some odd ones, like all the little people dressed in pastel colors and fighting the soldiers by swinging around on ropes, the knighting ceremony that reminded me of the KKK scene in "Oh Brother Where Art Thou" and Angela Landsbury being alluring and treacherous.

I don't like to talk about Wes, even after all this time it still stings but I know what you're going through. I reacted the same way. I can say that because I was MIA for a year and not here much for awhile before that for the same reason.

After years of togetherness the ... person I trusted with my heart and soul vanished from my life. He said he would message me in a day or two and I waited for that msg for weeks and weeks. It never came. After over 5 years he just tossed me away like the old newspaper on the bottom of a bird cage leaving me gutted. Totally devastated, crushed, buried alive under a mountain of confusion and pain. Without my lair Im not sure I would have made it through those dark days.
Trust me when I say we get it. Many of us have been there.

As for your thoughts funshine, a few years back I would have tried not to look at you sideways wondering what happens inside your head. Now, not so much. We've had some pretty intense discussions over the years but I gotta tell ya, on this topic, I see things quite differently. I read Koontz but the storyline of his book and this are just a strange happenstance to me.

As for Covid-19 where it came from I can not say, no one can. Im not convinced the first case can be pinned down -- actually Im pretty damn sure it never will be.

The range of time for symptoms to show varies, the amount of trade business China does with the rest of the world brings hundreds of business men and women in and out of the country day in and day out. Combine those numbers with the flight crew, the tourists, the crews on the cargo freighters.. no way anyone can say for sure where it started mutating. Personally I think its irresponsible to lay blame at anyones doorstep.

My people are known for weakened immune systems, diabetes and such. Maybe being in the high risk category makes me think differently about it. I dunno.

In all honesty Ive only spent a few minutes even wondering where it came from. It doesn't freaking matter. If its a mutation of earlier strains, or new, or part of some govt conspiracy -- now is not the time to point fingers.

People.Are.Dying.

Italy has been devastated. China has been devastated. Spain is following that path. More countries will follow, including this one.

There are a few reliable trackers that terrify me that tally new cases, deaths, critical counts and those who've fully recovered. Hundreds more cases are added to those counts every day as the death toll rises. Every tick of the counter is another person affected one way or another.

Conspiracy theories aside son, those will be kicked around for decades, right now all that matters is surviving a pandemic outbreak that could very well rival the Spanish Flu of 1918 that killed millions. Now is the time for compassion, calm heads and staying aware of what's happening around us because it's here.

And we have got to do whatever it takes to protect ourselves while it gets sorted out.

Hi I agree humanity first, we may honestly never know where the virus started. At this point, we may only know rumors and conspiracy theories that will just frighten us more. I hope for the best and quick as possible solution.

Congrats on beating the nacho guy. It sounds like a scary book and yes, I believe what's happening is real. Israel is a tiny country. My two kids came back from Europe just before things went wacka wacka and 3 days after they returned there was a bulletin for everyone who travelled back from a certain location to go into quarantine for 2 weeks. they did and the day that ended, the whole country basically shut down: all the Uni's and schools and daycare closed. It's a real epidemic and the only way to keep the casualty numbers down is by slowing the contamination down so the hospitals can care for the sick. That's all. The disease is gonna spread the way diseases do until it mutates into something else or maybe sooner (like the last SARS). This explains it

Sorry to all those who are affected or even upset at what I say or what I think is going on ... We really don't know we only know what the news is saying and their only to release what they r told to say ... I'll leave it at that ....
