[Item=Pink Bellflowers]
Sorry, I just got an item for myself 2 hrs ago and can't do anything for 10 more hours. Hope someone else can help you with this! If you still need help tomorrow and it's still open, I can help then;)

If you still need it... Trade Lot
Dude! Been there worn THAT t-shirt!! You have my every sympathy (really just because of the stuff which you have to drink before hand), but the actual procedure is really nothing-at least mine was, hope that they find everything is normal and no problems!

: I puckered a little when I saw your post.
To cure myself of this, I re-read THIS ARTICLE by Dave Berry.
I hope it all works out in the end for you.
Wow! So this is all old hat to you;) Well, still hoping that all goes well!
About two years ago I had to have surgery to remove my thyroid (turned out to be cancerous, but they got it all with the surgeries), when they gave me the happy juice, I apparently just went out of it (don't remember anything that happened) and when they said something about my husband I said "Oh he's a rat bastard." (I call him that sometimes when I mad/annoyed with him) My husband said they laughed their asses off, they thought it was hilarious-LOL

Hi Peoples...
...do you need anything from TS still? I can get it for you, let me know.
- that is funny....I would be afraid of what I might say but I suppose the docs have heard it all :)
- hope all goes well...I've not had one yet and dread it...just seems awful...I'm putting it off as long as possible.
Hugs to all...Happy Vesnali :)
- sounds good... :)
Honestly it doesn't hurt before, during or even after the happy juice wears off. The stuff you have to drink is not good but not like it's going to make you sick to your stomach, all things considered it sounds much worse then it is. My arthroscopic surgeries on my knees was worse.
If you think the rat bastard story was funny, get this one. I was telling my daughter (I think she was maybe 10 or so at the time) that I was going to have this arthroscopic surgery and she said "I thought it was called autopsy." I said no that's what they do when you have died and they don't know why and she said "Oh I don't want you to have one of those." I said you and me both-LOL

hehe kids are funny ...autopsy...nope don't want that!
So, hi. I've been really quiet for quite a while and everyone has been amazing helping me with holidays so I wanted to stop in and give an update. Things have been, to say the least, pretty rough over the past few months. There's a lot going on, most of which I just don't have the energy to talk about - family things, work stress, etc.
Medical stuff is all up in the air right now, as I've had to find all new doctors due to changing insurance. Luckily, some of the new ones I've found are some of the best I've ever dealt with in their fields, which is really the only upside. I've recently changed some of my medications, which has me all out of sorts, as is to be expected. One of the medications I stopped resulted in a pretty nasty month or two of withdrawal even properly tapering off of it. I also got two back-to-back sinus infections, the second one so severe that I nearly ended up in hospital.
The most upsetting issue at the moment, however, is that of my dog. For anyone unaware, my therapy/support dog suffers from a degenerative disease called degenerative myelopathy. He's been using wheels for the past year and a half to help him stay mobile, as he's been perfectly healthy aside from the inability to use his back legs. Unfortunately, however, DM is a disease that often progresses in leaps and over the past few months it's gotten considerably worse, the point where it's affecting his organs, including his lungs. He'll be 12 this weekend and I'm throwing him a birthday party as a last hurrah. I'm making him a cake and all of his favorite people are bringing him special treats to enjoy over his last few weeks. I am, needless to say, an absolute wreck. Cory has been with me through some of the hardest years of my life and the worst of it is knowing that if it weren't for this disease, we could still have several more years together.
But anyway, now that I'm crying, I'd say it's time for me to go try to calm myself down before work.
Thanks again to everyone who's been helping me stay caught up with Subeta things. ❤
Hope all goes well! I've had several as well (I lost count, might not be 8, but its close).
The procedure itself isn't a huge problem - I've actually slept through most of them. I don't know if its the same everywhere, but with mine they give me some drugs to relax me for the procedure, which is why I end up falling asleep. The prep beforehand and living on jello are what bug me the most.
Changing drugs can be so disruptive, but once everything gets settled again, its usually worth the hassle. So sorry about your companion. Hope the birthday party for him will be lots of fun!

Hi Bears :)
Looooong day at work...exhausted...but off till Monday so road trip tomorrow YIPPEEEEEE!
- I hope you are feeling better soon. I feel for you regarding your dear furry friend. We have the most wonderful dog ever and she is 13...and not entirely well. She has meds and we take her in once a week for this hydration treatment....I am going to need meds myself when we lose her...hard for me to remember life before we had her...I feel for you. Glad you are having a special day with him...I just might do the same as we decided when we adopted our precious pooch that her Birthday was the day she came home with us in July. Take care ❤
- thank you...I think I'm being pretty ridiculous...need to just get it done and get it over with. Life is short and if any issues need to get it taken care of.
