As long as you limit yourself to that. I watch that show with Dr. Now and it's sad when you see the patients fail. Not that you were anywhere near that, of course.

Sorry I got into tv program and sorting categories in my vault. I mainly eat both of those, fruit and fish.Oh and nuts, they have good protein.
I'm afraid I could never deal with that kind of diet. Fortunately I'm not unhappy with my weight.

Girl I thought the same thing, but honestly I have room for things my body has to use and benefit. Anything else is taking up that important items to sustain a healthy body. I never thought I could live like I do, but I can and have.

You know I learned everyone's journey is different and their happiest with the body imagine and health is a major part of it. Your happy with yourself, and that's the main thing in life that your happy with yourself. Because the most important person to please first is yourself.

I wish people who fat/body imagine shaming others, could understand that. they dont understand they come off hurtful and negative, and need to be encouraging.
I would never fat-shame anyone, that's cruel, but I'd certainly encourage someone 500 and over to lose weight.

My friend's husband was over that amount. I told him, of how I came to decide enough was enough for me. I told him, things I hadnt told others about my weight loss surgery. He was more encouraged, and he was starting the process to lose weight, but unfortunately it was to late for him. Months later he died. But my friend told me, that my conversation had reached him better than anyone else's conversation had. That because I had been in his place and had some of the same experiences. I am thankful, I didnt get to the same weight as him. But I told myself, I keep going I would be. Its a journey, you have to be mentally ready for. No one can get you to the point, but yourself. Although a truck load of encouragement and positive remarks sure will help.
It was a triumph for him that he began the journey, even if he couldn't finish it. It does take great courage to make that change. I'll be honest, if it weren't for the fact that I have my father's metabolism, I could be a lot worse off. With my sedentary life I should be a lot heavier than I am. When I had my stomach trouble earlier this year, I lost 15 lbs. in about a week.

wow 15 lbs that’s a lot to drop at once. I lost about 8 lbs since my foot surgery. I just was eating less, and not trying to lose weight.
It's not a way I'd want to lose weight again, I tell you. I think I may have had a mild case of food poisoning.
