I truly believe that car saved me. I was totally stopped and the SUV that hit me was probably going 60. And while my car was totaled, my husband was able to drive it home. (Our neighbor followed him since the back end was a bit of a mess.)

I get that!! Cause I might not have been ready to give up all cheese when i was younger. Although, since I stopped eating it my complexion is 100% better. My Dr told me that hormones in cheese do give some people acne and that's why my complexion is so much better now.

mst US. It went fine. I got a new migraine med from the dr. It’s supposed to be very helpful. Aimovig, its a shot like an epi pen. But a different medication. So i started it today. It’s a once a month shot. I’m hoping it helps. The rest of my monday was chores and cooking. How was your monday?

Yes! I grew up on cheese. One of my favorite snacks was a big chunk of cheddar and an apple.

I had cystic acne my whole life and I always thought it was salt causing it. I went through everything trying to get rid of it. Then when the cheese started causing me to ache all over and I quit eating it, no acne. So weird!

For me it's a big hunk of cheese and some nuts. Pecans, usually, and aged cheddar. :D

The rain is probably going to move an event we are doing here at my job into the gym. For 4th of July holiday there is supposed to be activities outside and drawing on the sidewalk. But it might rain. So they'll have to change up the activities and move it into the gym for people that show up.. if they show up...
