I feel the same about chiropractors! This latest fiasco just reaffirmed it. They were giving me pillows, vitamins and some stupid physical therapy that did nothing. I didn't know where to go as my family doctor of 20 years up and quit about the same time as my wreck. But I finally found a new one and she sent me to ATI physical therapy and they were amazing!

I started reading it last night but didn't finish. My Lair is full now. gave me 3 more dragons. I'm breeding 2 so what happens when they hatch and I only have 8 slots? And how do I get more slots?

nice, if you don't have enough room it won't let you hatch them. to expand you need to go to edit mode (gear picture) in your lair and then you click on slots, and you get 5 with every purchase and the price goes up.

No, I wish! We've been working on little other random tasks around the house. Mostly spring cleaning. I work in the garden when I can but lately I've been having a to of migraine issues. :/ I have the mental capacity to focus for short short spurts then have to rest, so it's making everything that seems difficult or hard almost impossible to do. :/

yes physical therapists can do amazing things. The exercises mine has given me have helped me eliminate several kinds of pain (shoulder and headache mostly)!

aww thanks but you too. Sounds like a mess of health and bill issues. All from one accident. I hope it settles down soon. And that you can feel better soon.

I try to make each day count. It’s not easy sometimes but it helps. Health issues keeps me at home often so i use the time to reflect and do artsy stuff. That part is nice and it’s a great way to vent frustration. Art journaling is my favorite pastime. Bible journaling too. Which is similar to the art journaling but with a spiritual side to it. Only with that it’s not an easy way to vent. Whearas the art journaling is great for it. I basically use two sides in my book. I vomit the negative all over one page and piece together a positive side on the other. I have to make it a practice so the negative doesn’t take over. Do you have any hobbies?

That's cool, though! I used to buy my own supplies to make bubble tea at home but never replenished my stock last time I ran out. Maybe I'll do that. Yeah, that sums it up well. It's difficult sometimes because there's not always great support from higher management. I think for my own health, I should move on in the near future. I'll miss it, and feel bad about leaving the kids and some of my co-workers, but I think it'll be best for me!

Breeding some more with dragons from I keep going there but haven't figured out enough to be there for very long each day. I mostly just look at my dragons. lol

Yes the exercises that we've learned that we can practice on our own!! I am really happy for that part of it!

I tried wearing a mouthguard...ugh! Have you gotten one from a Dr? Mine was from Target so not so great. :-D

Oh I'm fine - it was just really a hassle and I don't dwell on it much now. I am supposed to get some money, but I'm sure it will be a pittance. :-P

OMG I love your current HA so much!! I know the job was challenging and you've hung in there with it. Like I think I told you a long time ago it will be a stepping stone for you to a better job.

the physical therapist I went to was so good. He figured out what exercises I needed to do to get rid of the pain.. I did them and eventually (a month or three later) pain is gone. It comes back a little but then I do the exercises more rigorously and carefully for a few days and gone again.
