Mostly the same for me. My pain never goes away 100% but it's at a point where I'm able to mostly ignore it now. What I eat has a lot to do with it too. Cheeses, white flour and soy make the inflammation flare up so I mostly avoid eating those foods. The best part of therapy, other than my adorable therapist, was that he taught me good posture and that will help me in the long run.

that's great that you know what foods to avoid, too. As we get older we can't eat all the things we used to :(

And we should have been avoiding them all along. It takes getting old to really realize what bothers or systems. :-D

whether your mouth guard is covered likely depends on what insurance you have-- dental insurance is not very standardised. It's actually a big disgrace that our health system does not treat dentistry like any other health care service, I can't think of any other type of surgery I'd have to pay up to 50% of the cost of, and with celiac disease, my teeth suck anyway.
