How do you define end game stages? Depending on your goals, that dictates whether or not you should try and pick up a god scroll. When you are T13, you can beat all of the opponents. The extra 1% heal is nice but not essential. The benefit i would say is being able to beat an opponent before you reach certain stats or a certain tier. There has never been an opponent where you absolutely need TA but it makes life easier.

That’s true, the 1% heal difference at 10,000 hp only comes out to 100 HP per turn, which certainly won’t make or break any battles at T13.

I guess this would fall more into the perfectionist category for players like the ones who would train EVs in pokemon.

Same thing could be said about the original god weapons. They make life a lot easier, but a lot of us can battle just fine without them.

:P Personally I think it's closer to IV breeding than EV training.. EV training is pretty simple in the end after all! XD

LOL well, honestly, they've made it a lot easier in the recent games!

I've been able to breed a couple 6 IV pokemon (not that its even necessarily) and I think I have a 5IV shiny or two hanging around now.. Shiny breeding is .. fun? I dont know. It's endlessly grindy in the same way Subeta battling is, I guess. :P
