Hmm I find the staff is only decent if you need a high water dealing weapon and also no other fire blockers.

Mmm so far none of the challengers have had anything to make me fearful personally.... though any big realistic bugs will get me unnerved. Oh that or strange cracks on white surfaces... that for some reason makes me uncomfortable.... Or gaping holes ... lol just nope.

I'm not really concerned about it. My pet is evenly trained, so efficiency is clearly taking a backseat to whatever requires the least amount of attention. Mostly it'll be nice to hit T13 and be able to spend time on other pets.

Prodigy Staff is junk, I don't think you ever need it.

It's one of the only weapons that gets worse the higher you go. If I could leave it as a 25 icon water weapon for forj, it might actually see more use, but the number of water icons it does actually goes down with your STR lol.

I used to use my pstaff as steal fodder or a backup weapon for the the forj. For the forj erupting though, I don't bother with backup weapons. She is not as steal happy at the impossible level and I need the slots for other things. Don't buy the pstaff unless you can find it for cheap and want to use it for other lower tier pets.

The stats do get worse as you get stronger and the block is unreliable.

Mmmm slowly getting close to the end of the month and every time I check and see how much we have saved I get slightly excited. I'm not rushing to get him to tier 13 now, I'm enjoying taking my time at this point but saving exp to spend en masse is... well it feels good.

IF your training back up pets, I think the only weapons worth investing in are a set of scaling constants, MSOB, CWS, Pirate cutlass, Frostbite amulet, and Turbo heater 3000. Maybe Acidtongue, Aspersion, and Sentinel for CETT.

Gah, you beat me to it lol Maybe he just fears black cats, or has a lot of superstitions. Like breaking a mirror brings 7 years bad luck (in my case, lately, breaking glass panels or tables seems to give the same bad luck for me).

Either way, hope it's not going to be just an opponent's scroll. I love new scrolls. And hopefully a cute black cat wearable. I'd love a background of 13 black cats for my HA.

I agree, a new scroll would be nice but most times when one shows up early it really is only an opponent scroll. As for loot drops, yeah any cute black cats would be nice. Nothing new challenger related has shown up yet, there is still hope... lol.
