@ Andrew Why I love it; makes you feel all clever when you up your damage :) One thing I wish I could find are the actual crit formulas :P

Haha, I can't do that anymore, I restart Pokemon games and stuff intending to play them all casually, but I always end up optimising things xD

Ah man I remember those now! They certainly imply that some kind of formula that compares speeds is at work, though is it only me that finds them hard to understand? .. english, always way more confusing than maths :P

Anyway I learnt something really important about crits; I added the Crystal to the sheet and I'll be sleeping on that 'Average Damage' page (woo, number dreams again)

Brackets? You mean like mini tiers? So something like if you're 29 stats higher you get 5%, but if you're 30 stats higher it jumps to 10%? That would be interesting if it's like that; would give some very precise numbers to aim for

Afaik it used to be something like that yeah, just not on that magnitude

There are quotes from purge that say speed is an on/off switch. You can also check it with Slaglord since he has speed 10. If you have a 11 speed pet, you only get the base 10% crit chance.

Could also be that your opponent’s crit chance works in brackets relative to your speed. Don’t remember.

So I have about 580k EXP hoarded and doing some math from now till the end of the month all BQs done will give me another 310k EXP give or take. So 800k+ by the end of the month, not counting the CS challenger just yet either. Mm not bad at all, might hold off on spending till I hit 1mil, we shall see.

It takes 38-39 days to hit 1 million from just battle quests. It’s kind of a miserable grind.

Lol I don't mind at all. At this point it's the only thing fully keeping my attention at this point.

So I wonder what could Batista's fear be? Negativity, Black Cats, unlucky numbers? I mean sometimes the fear doesn't always go with what ticks the challenger off to unlock them. Hm. Guess we will know in a few days.

I've put off thinking about it for over a year now. No reason to start for another 19 days.

Considering the 13th Cat item and being released the day before Friday the 13th, I'm guessing it might be Triskaidekaphobia (which apparently is the fear of the number 13, I didn't know there was a word for that specifically).

Since all of the previous challengers have had the books with the phobia types in the name, it would make sense I think. Hopefully the challenger will be released soon ~
