Hm, I am not aware of other recent reports about getting logged out too frequently. If it keeps happening, please make a new topic in Site Functionality Issues forum and include your browser information and as much detail as you can, and I will work with you to resolve the issue. <3

I lost my achievement for Melody because of the lag and site freezing of site when Fireside and LUMINAIRE were both going on! That sucks!

That's all well and good, thank you but I cannot get to my comments, at all 😢

I cannot add a new bookmark. I was trying to update the vending machine one and it says bookmark added window. When I refresh the page it’s gone again.
I am still "battling" with the battles pages not opening.... Especially once I am on the challenge page (fight this opponent again, or with battle quests). Sometimes after refreshing many times it works. Sometimes it doesn't.
I hit tons of application errors last night while I was trying to battle. They appeared when I tried to click to 'see results' at the end of the battle. Sometimes refreshing 5-10 times worked. Other times I had to navigate back to battle page and click forfeit (clicking to enter the battle would lead to application errors).
[edit] 1/4/2020 I have been getting tons of errors and lags this afternoon. It has been eating items, sP, and wizard tokens. Is something going on in the backend to cause this?
Trying to access the unsorted part of my wishlist for the last few months: Application error An error occurred in the application and your page could not be served. If you are the application owner, check your logs for details. You can do this from the Heroku CLI with the command heroku logs --tail
I'm getting a bunch of application errors right now:
Trying to play Random - application error and then refreshing tells me I've already played
Playing Reflection and then clicking the "end game" button - application error
Trying to water a seed in the gardens - application error, and when I refresh the seed still hasn't been watered
A quick debrief. Today, we experienced database issues causing lag and frequent application errors around 3:30 to 5:30 PM Subeta time, at which time it was fully resolved. Application Errors would cause whatever you were trying to do to fail. The problem was reported within 20 minutes, and we worked on resolving it immediately. (You may have noticed us take the website down about three times while we did this.) The issue was caused by human error (mine) that caused extra stress on the database, and I take responsibility for that, and won't repeat the same error in the future.
Thank you for your patience today. If the Application Errors caused you to lose any items or currency, please file a ticket and a UA may be able to reimburse you.
