Happened again: Error 504 Ray ID: 4f8f6b8f197fc53c • 2019-07-19 20:25:39 UTC Gateway time-out

Was trying to move approx. 150 items into my shop. Timed out but items continued to stock. Not sure if that helps.

Windows 7, newest Opera.

My dashboard widgets are completely gone... did I miss something?

I am not getting errors but things have been extremely slow for 2 days now. Pages will load normally and then just...not. A few minutes of lag, a few minutes of normal and so on and so on.

Sorry, I did not think to get the error code, but basically every single night for the last several nights, I have had an issue with quickstock. It has consistently been giving me a cloudfare error and gateway timeout on google Chrome. I do typically stock a good 150+ items at any given time. When I refresh the page, it usually gives me a page telling me I don't have those items in my inventory and it doesn't appear I've lost anything luckily.

I hope the lag can be looked at soon. Battling is particularly hit hard by lag because it's impossible to do anything if the site isn't functioning :(

2. Severity - pages are hanging for about a minute or so Frequency - usually a few minutes of lag and then a short window of no lag

Here to report more lag. It's the whole site, though of course I'm primarily seeing quests, buying from shops, and navigation to dailies and such being affected. It started yesterday as soon as the Hydragellos was announced and has basically been page hangup for 30+ seconds for most of the time followed by small pockets of no lag. It's making questing impossible, and I cannot imagine what it's doing to people trying to actually battle right now.

Still getting the error while quick stocking sometimes too. Windows 10, Chrome.

Maybe it is just me but the forums take about a minute to load and i can't buy from shops or hover over anything until the page loads 100% and even that takes a minute or 2. It is happening in chrome/firefox and on my mobile.

I get no error code but have to wait a long time for the pages to load also especially when just logging in.

For me the pages seem to load fine, except anything that requires ajax calls / javascript, like the item hovers, automatically selecting the default weapon and scroll sets, auto selecting the first two items in battle, buying items from usershops from the shop search page.

It's happening to me too. It started a few days ago pretty much out of nowhere. At first I thought it had something to do with the long YT vids I was watching but it does it even when watching a short vid or even when I'm watching nothing (granted, it does lag a bit more with the videos but that's to be expected). I used to be able to stop the page from loading all the way and still buy from user shops but now, not only do I have to let it load completely, even when I do it takes MANY clicks or even a refresh. Ran spybot and deleted cookies/temp files but no improvement.

Another problem is my items. If I get a Morty card it takes multiple clicks to use it.

I actually stopped having the problem when I got rid of my custom css, I still have like the little code changes in my css but idk what made me think of it but that's how I got all the pages to load and the forums/shop search but idk if you have any custom css but you could try it

What custom css did you have? I only have the one for the floaters.

It just took me over 8 minutes to quick stock and then autoprice my shop right now (starting around 11:52pm EST). The site has been slow with questing the last hour or so for me. Anyone else?

Took 3-4 minutes to get on subeta, then took so long to get to bathhouse by the time I did.. it had doubled blinked immediately (like one lag and the other not)and I never found out what I got :(

Site's been slow since midnight rollover, taking 30 seconds or more to load pages and upwards of 2 minutes for heavy stuff like the forums and my bigger shops.

Thought the user shop buying was fixed tonight but then it regressed after a couple minutes. While I was trying to quick stock I found another problem: when I click on any of the All buttons in quick stock the page refreshes unless I refresh manually.

Buying from shops, both user and normal, is causing hangups 30-60 seconds or more and is making questing very difficult. Started about 10 minutes ago.
