Quick update- We've been aware of the lag tonight and have been doing what we can. (If you noticed us taking the site down for a couple minutes recently, that was related, but I'm not sure it helped as we hoped.) We're still working and will update as we can.
Thank you for the reports and for your patience! Friendly reminder, please make sure you read the first post of this topic to know what's most helpful to include in your report. We really appreciate those of you who try to include helpful information, unfortunately the Ray ID in Cloudflare errors is not helpful to us, what is really helpful is the exact URLs (or site-wide if you are really getting it site-wide, but even in that case, it's extremely helpful to know what activities you were doing on the website - for instance, forums, questing, etc), what time it started, and what time it stopped if it is not ongoing. Thank you again!!
(Finally - and this does not go for all of you - but we do ask you remain courteous in your bug reports in this forum. Lag is totally frustrating but if you need to vent about it, the bragging and complaining forums would be a more appropriate place.)

Today when I started on this site I was having no problems with it at all, but all of a sudden I started getting : Error 502 Ray ID: 4c701fbbfa21c57b • 2019-04-13 20:17:36 UTC Bad gateway No matter where I tried to go on the site, I would refresh and would get to what I was doing and then I had the error again then when I moved on and got the same error code again I tried refreshing and it took about two or three times to get back to where I was going.

Yes I am still experiencing these errors. I had no problem with the daily games such as Random, Scratchcard and Decanter which are the only ones I play the most and I will play the others occasionally. When I started doing the quests in Centropolis and Riverside valley so far and even trying to get to the forums that is when the errors start coming up. I hope this is what you are referring to. Even when I tried getting back to you the error codes came up and it took about 15 to 20 minutes to even get here to respond to you.

I saw the notification about the forum lag, but also wanted to report that the lag on parts of the site other than the forums is bad. For me, it's been particularly noticeable at the Training Center.
Since I got up this morning around 9am site time the site has been laggy on and off everywhere, not just the forums. The forums have been particularly bad, but everywhere else is bad too making questing almost impossible (again). From 9am to around 11am site time I also got a lot of 502 gateway and cloudflare errors, though those do seem to have cleared up in the past two hours.
The training center was a pain for me too... Took like 10 minutes to get pets out of training and then put them on another lesson.
Oddly enough quests for example don't seem to lag.

I got the 502/504 on the Dashboard page. Took several tries to get it.

Lag should be getting better now! Let me know if any parts of the site are still lagging in 15 minutes or so :)

really smooth now! Only bit of lag was in the wardrobe and even that wasn't too bad.

No smooth at all, lag is back, not possible to do quests. And probably it will take forever to post this...
Lag really bad right now, struggled to do quests.
I've got flames on my chest. It's a lot to live up to.

General site lag. First started noticing it about half an hour ago or so, pages are hanging for 5-10 seconds before loading. Shop search, buying items, the forums, my inventory, basically just seems to be everything on site at the moment.
5/6/19 - 502 bad gateway error/session timeout. No idea how long I was sitting there waiting, but it was on the donation page.
504 for a long time on every page in spite of multiple hard refreshs somewhen before 4 p.m. I went to check facebook - no entry regarding it, but then I was called away from the computer. Lasted for a good 10 minutes while I was sitting there trying to get on again.
Thank you for your report. Do you know around how many items you were moving with quickstock when it gave the 504?
