Hey! Last week was a pretty busy week. I had 4 nights in a row where I didn't get home until after 9:30 p.m. and didn't get to bed until after 11 p.m. Wheat harvest started, then stalled due to breakdowns, tire issues, and rain. We still got a fair amount of fields done before the weekend. I worked at the diner two nights last week, Wednesday and Thursday, which meant that I wasn't in the field to help move vehicles around, so that slowed things down there. Rolled my ankle Wednesday while trying to stop my dog from pulling a kitten through the fence (its feeling better now, hurts if I step wrong or stretch it too much). I've got another busy week ahead of my this week, but my family is hoping we are done with wheat harvest by the weekend. My mother-in-law invited me to join them for the fireworks show near them on July 4th. I've gone to the show 4 years in a row, but might not make it this year as it would be a 2 hour drive to the in-laws house, then a 2 hour drive back either after midnight or in the morning.

I would love it if Subeta incorporated a Ren Fest. I went to one last year and had a lot of fun, even though it started pouring rain and events were cancelled. I've started planning outfits for future Ren Fests. I saw someone suggest a Hobbit Festival in the news comments, that would be fine with me too. The clothing design and overall look for Ren Fest is something I love, and what I tend to gravitate towards on the site. I feel like a lot of the drama is due to how Alegarten was changed so drastically and what people think of when they hear the word vegan. I think for some (or most) non-vegans, when they hear/see vegan, they think of the 'crazy' vegans (the ones were hear about the most) who believe farmers torture their animals, the ones who steal animals to 'save' them, and believe that everyone should stop eating meat or they are bad people.

I haven't been on Subeta for over a week, so I haven't even looked around to see if the drama over Alegarten/Neugarten has been contained to just the news comments. I'm honestly surprised its still going on. I thought it would be over by now. Those kittens are so cute! I had 2 baby kittens on the porch, but then the momma cat moved them so they are wild now. :(

Its hot here too, and I'm spending most of my day outside in a truck that doesn't have air conditioning. Temps have been getting at high at 105, but feel like 108+. Then it rained over the weekend so the humidity is high.

"Just a reminder that Neugarten ends tonight at 11:59pm" Good, this was really boring with no nice new things to buy. Waiting for the next event. Ugh, all these years I've done the same quests every night Shinwa, Sag, Wiz, Quentin and Library. Only doing others if I had extra time or it was WE quest. And it paid for my pets' training with a little bit to spare for the vault. But lately all of a sudden it's not only enough to pay for the training but I'm having to take SPs out of the vault. Grr. I don't always have time to do extra quests especially with Firefox freezing up all the time. Kinda annoying. Where'd everybody go? What do you think the next event will be.

Ren fest! What a great idea! I'd love to see that on Subeta. Also, I must have missed the drama over Alegarten. Is it only in the news posts? I need to go check it out.

the lag has been bad here lately. Last night, I couldn't even finish my quests. I'm hoping they do a quest challenge or something soon, because I'm running out of things to do. I've been entering contests and stuff on some of the HA and CW forums, just out of boredom.

I thought the site went down last night but don't know for how long. I was in the middle of quests and then got nothing but squirrel pages so gave up and went to bed. Yeah, getting bored. Might have to do a few more quests later, but it's hard when my firefox keeps freezing up.

I am still hoping to get a kitty for Emily. I know she really wants one.

Same! I did all the shopping for the event and just wandered off lol. Awe the kittens sound adorable!

So dry and hot here that all the local towns cancelled their fireworks yesterday so had to watch some on TV.

Blobssom in Darlings today. That 3rd blob is just never going to show up. And Coda Caves is open also.

It was mentioned in the site update thread yesterday that is working on fixing the Dara's shop rotation, and the Musublob should probably show up sometime this weekend.

The new galactic blob is cool but still looking for blacklight and chibi.

"Xandarian is now Galactic!" OK had to get a star. Still have another pet slot waiting for an aqua or chibi blob but need a good name.

It's unfortunate when historical treasures get destroyed.

Only need 3 more to get the achievement. Once I do it will be hard to pick out which 10 to give up. Really want to see a chibi blob and snail.

Yeah I never thought I'd get it either but they keep making pet slots available with questathons etc. so figured since I'm so close I might as well go for it. Have 1 pet slot ready so would need to buy 2 more but waiting for them to come out with more pets I want, like a chibi snail or blob maybe. Having to cut back and stop training the lowest/last 8 because the quests I do every day used to pay for it but been running low on SPs lately and don't have time to do more quests.

Yeah it is really sad :( I never think of a boat catching on fire. Sinking yes, but burning up...no.

Pet Slots 40/40 When I first started I had 2 pets and I was convinced I would never get any more lol. There are just so many cute pets/colors that I can't resist them!

OK so looks like the start of a plot. But I just don't have the patience for one right now and this sounds kinda boring. I hope a Shark will post the steps or something because my Firefox keeps freezing up and I don't have time to do a lot of figuring stuff out. And I don't see a board in the forums for this. With stupid Firefox not responding a lot I'm struggling just to get some quests done.
