Cute panda :) Can't be on long, tried to find a foundation, including for eye and of course had a reaction so I'm partially winking & blinking. One of these days I'll find something that isn't 24 hr (cuz that irritates me) and that's my pale skin tone. Was able to get mom an eye cream shes' been wanting for a long time but can't get where she lives :)
take care all
Hey Hun Do you put it on your eyelids?
Hey and Hi!
I was really hoping Masq would start this weekend!
Sorry I've been MIA for a bit. After Survival, I felt like a needed a break from the computer for a bit and find something else to occupy my time while hubby is still at training. I've been in a bit of a funk the past week.
My parents have an island, but they didn't get the appropriate amount of space around the island. So if one person is standing on one side of the island, that side is blocked. I'd like to have an island because it could be a solid workspace that would be deeper than a counter. I always feel so cramped when I try to mix batter or roll out dough on the counter. And I agree, islands look lovely in a kitchen...and they can add more storage space!
There are some items though where I take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. I bought some sewing clips on Amazon during Cyber Monday (they were dirt cheap), and some of the reviews complained about the tin being dented (which is an easy DIY fix) and not getting all the clips. I watched a video on Youtube of people trying that curling iron out. One lady's hair got stuck in it and she didn't want to continue testing it out. I have really long hair, so I don't think all my hair would fit. I'm lucky I've got naturally curly hair so I don't need to curl my hair often.
Carrying over our conversation from the the Survival Shark board: I'll be sticking with my PS4 (and PS3, WiiU, and Gamecube) for a while too. The Oculus Rift is about $400, and the only way I'm buying one is if it has a really good deal during Black Friday/Cyber Monday. I'm a klutz too. I trip over flat ground. I broke my elbow when I was 2 1/2 because I went down a tyke slide backwards. I've broken two different fingers and almost fractured my shin. I've got extremely loose joints, so my ankles roll easily on uneven terrain. I found out about my loose joints after I dislocated my shoulder and the doctor described that joint as a 'golf ball sitting on a very small golf tee'.
When you said your parents have an island I thought:
and then I rememberd it was a kitchen island lol.
I would enjoy cooking more if I had more space. I always end up having to use the kitchen table (after taking off everyones crap of course),
Oh ouch!! I would deff not want to use that. I would probably end up having to cut my hair out of it!
$400?!?! Wow that is a lot of money. Way out of my price range too! I have never broken anything knocks on wood but I am always bruised and battered looking. I bump something and get a bruise.
yes on eyelids too. The concealer was formulated not only for the face but eyes. I have another type that I currently use specifically for the eyes but find it a shade too dark. The issue with the concealer is that it's "24 hour wear" and there's a chemical that aggravates my skin. It's from Clinique, which is usually gentler on the skin & tested for eyes... but that 24 hr ingredient wreaks havoc on me. I tried it on the left side of my face, including eyes... my palish pink skin turn red, felt itchy, and I was in a bit of pain. Cheeks, jaw, eye... anything the product touched. Of course, eyes are more sensitive so my left eye wasn't happy with me at all. I think I'll have to stick to my eye concealer that's a shade too dark because it's the only one I can tolerate. I have a foundation (Fit Me from Mabeline) that is my skin colour (really tough to find) but I don't like the way it covers and I feel the makeup on my skin. It's unfortunate the concealer didn't work out since it had a better texture and looked better on my face (till it started burning it). Many brands are now aiming towards 24 hr wear and many don't have my pale skin colour so it's a royal pain trying to find a foundation... when I had tried finding makeup for my aunt's wedding it was a nightmare and I left the foundation for another time, now more misery. Finding makeup should be fun, not torturous.
Your friend has bought you a nice Sougara Wasteland Cowboy Scrap of Flannel!
Hum, the gift centre has interesting tastes... better than the time I got a beard :P
Lol well, at least SubQ items can be resold somewhat easily if you don't need it. :P
It is interesting though, the random things it will grab from an amount.
I wish the gift centre would at least indicate what was sent. It's nice to surprise someone else but when you have no idea what the surprise is, it's surprising to find out :P
30 items per outfit limit grrrrr....
totally understand, I sprain an ankle after an hour of walking on flat ground. For sometime I thought it was because of my flats, they have no support however that wasn't it. It's most likely because I'm not active enough
same xD
Clinique is terrible imo, I tried their concealer + lotion and it gave me scaly skin on the back of my hands, lower arms, face. (I refer to it as the 30$ hives collection.) That went away after a week or two. Are you using powders or liquids? It's also possible for different brands' ingredients to conflict with each other
liquids, powders tend to act up my asthma. Nothing else was used so no brand conflict. It's really anything of any brand that has "24 hours", the specific ingredient acts up on me. Be it primers, makeup, creams.
I haven't worn makeup in a really long time. I just don't take the time. Plus I am too cheap to spend the money on it lol.
Hey Hun :D
Hi :] I finished all my quests tonight ahh the weekend is here~ How you doin~
I slacked as usual and didn't do any quests lol. Doing good. Just relaxing over the weekend and finally watching Thor and Justice League! The new Thor was great! I am hoping the Justice League movie will be just as good.
