It hasn't been fun, especially dealing with it alone, so it's been a very rough week with some fairly bad thoughts. I've two migraines from the stress and a couple sleepless nights that also included me waking up to discover I had been sleeping across the width of the bed (that hasn't happened in a long time). She and Tim Burton have children together so I would assume that they would try to remain friendly. Tim Burton directly Alice Through the Looking Glass, so they would have worked together for that movie. It would be a great trip, but I have a feeling that I wouldn't want to leave by the end of it. 😀 I didn't want to leave Ireland the first time I went. I agree and I may end up not going. They still haven't let me know or asked me what time I would like to eat. Knowing them, they will probably assume that eating at 1 p.m. is ok, which they should know by now that I can't wait that long for food especially since I started eating lunch at 11:30 last summer. I agree, especially since the landlords are already still a bit upset about the water leak that didn't get caught right away.....as if I have time to stay in the house all day every day....Thankfully I've never had to make a sudden move, but I have had only a month to find a place to live before. The joys of living in a scholarship house, that listens to the minority and not the majority of members about what requirements should be changed. It does change all the time for what's healthy and what isn't. At one point I think eggs were unhealthy, but now they are a good source of protein. I don't really follow any of that, I just eat the foods I like. Sure, some of them aren't healthy but I just make sure I don't eat too much at once. I used to vend a lot years ago, and I think I ran into the limit multiple times and was always so confused as to why I couldn't vend anymore. I'm starting to get a surplus of wiz tokens so maybe I should start vending again. There were some lag issues yesterday morning, but I think they got sorted out within a few hours because things were loading faster after I finished eating.

I am so sorry Hun :( I wish I could offer you more than words. The last I heard they had a huge house and she lived on one side and he lived on the other. I love her :D I think she is amazing! I don't doubt it. It is so beautiful! That is just inconsiderate of them. Get yourself a nice meal and a cute little cake and eat at home, I would hate having to deal with stuff like that. At least you don't have to do that anymore. Exactly! No one really knows. Sometimes it takes years for things to affect people one way or another. I think too many people treat it like fads and these trends just come and go. Like everyone going gluten free even when they don't have to. I usually vend to try to get new items. I want those rainbow heart sock things, but no luck at all so far. Hopefully things will be all good when the next even comes around.

Hopefully, this week is better, but I know I won't be back to a semi-normal state until Chris is back home, but I don't even know when that will be. I just really need a big bear hug and I don't really have anyone that I can walk up to and ask for a big hug (though I might, I'm just too awkward to ask and overthink everything). I had heard that too! I think I had watched one of her interviews and it might have been mentioned. She just seems like a really cool person who does what she wants and doesn't seem to care about what others think, which I wish I could do. At the end of my first trip there, we got dropped off at the airport and found out that our flight was delayed. We would have had time to explore Dublin some more before leaving but ended up stuck in the airport. Two of the other students who went on the trip joked about sneaking off so they could stay longer. Ireland is really beautiful and Scotland is too even though I only really saw Edinburgh and the surrounding area. It is, and lately, I've hated, or maybe strongly disliked is the phrase, going over to their house for meals because they always start the meal after 1 p.m. (they can never get the food cooked on time). I'm sure my mom will get me an ice cream cake from Dairy Queen. She did that last year and that lasted me a week and a half. I just need to make some room in the freezer for it. I hated living in the scholarship house as soon as I moved in because they kept so much stuff secret and under wraps during any visits I made prior. This scholarship house used to be a sorority when it was first started in the '30s or '40s because that was the only way for women to meet and live together off campus, and membership was mostly for those who had been in 4-H. It's no longer a sorority but it kept a lot of things associated with it, like a pledging process, active members, etc. Some of the things that my pledge class went through could technically be considered hazing because we had no option to opt out but things had to be changed when someone threatened to go to the greek council about it. Two semesters of chemistry kicked my but and dropped my semester GPAs down so I was penalized for that and after the second semester with a low GPA, I had to find somewhere else to live. The GPA requirement had actually been discussed at one of the active meetings because people wanted to lower it, but there were a few members who went on and on about how busy they were with college, sports, and other extracurriculars and they still managed to meet or exceed that GPA requirement, so everyone else should be expected to meet it as well. That doesn't factor in that some people, like myself, have test anxiety or have a hard time with a class no matter how hard they study. Oh, and there were at least 60 girls living in one house o.O I was glad to be out of there, I think I only went back 2 or 3 times to visit friends. The next place I moved into was great for a while. I made some great friends that semester and it really helped me start enjoying college. Exactly, just like all the fad diets and workout regimes (like Beachbody). I've been seeing ads on Facebook about a pill that you can now take to stop your sugar cravings. I wonder just how healthy that pill actually is. I'm glad that there are more gluten-free products available for those who need it, but others have jumped on that bandwagon of 'gluten is bad for you' when I don't think they really understand what gluten is. Just like the people who demonize foods that have GMO ingredients in them, or any GMO fruits and veggies. They believe that all food has a GMO variant when really there are only 10 GMO crops (apples, potatoes, corn (field and sweet), canola, alfalfa, papaya, cotton, sugar beet, and squash). I kind of found it funny that people believed that we absorb the DNA strands of what we eat and the exact strand gets put into our DNA strands.....I think they failed to pay attention in biology. I always forget that new items are available through vending. Maybe if I have some time to kill tomorrow, I'll do some vending. I hope so, it's been 3 or 4 months straight of site issues, either lag or random things breaking and I know a lot of people are frustrated about it. Survival should start sometime this week and I hope everything goes smoothly.

I wish I could give you a hug! I always loved seeing her on the red carpet and stuff just to see what she would be wearing :D She is deff her own person! I would love to go there, but I can not get on a plane. I actually have nightmares about flying and I haven't been on a plane in years! No clue why it still scares me. Ever thought about arriving late? or would she throw a fit about that? Oh that sounds good. I have never had one of those cakes. That sounds like a better plan! Oh geeze that sounds horrible!! No one should be allowed to treat anyone like that :( They are supposed to be adults! Glad to hear things got a little better for you hugs A lot of people don't do any research at all and all they do is rely on what their fave celebrity is pushing on their twitter or instagram. If Kim K does it/eats it then it MUST be amazing!! lol Yeah but unfortunately I don't think the one item I want is vendable. I think it goes by rarity and it is probably too rare :( it always seems like the items I want are always rare or super rare. Oh yay I am looking forward to it! I need something to do.

Chris suggested I ask two of my friends for a hug but I don't think I'd be able to get the big bear hug that I need, otherwise, he said he can get that accomplished whenever he finally comes home.....that doesn't help me now. The dresses she wears are always so pretty, but even when she's out and about she wears whatever she wants. Of course, the paparazzi and fashion/gossip mags never have anything nice to say, but it's just so refreshing to see someone who is famous not looking perfect all the time and looking approachable. I don't have an issue with flying. I thought I would the first time I flew but I just compared it to being on a boat. The worst thing I had to deal with was spending a day to get my ears to pop after getting off the plane. The long flight from Chicago to London was not my favorite. I was stuck in the middle of a long row, couldn't figure out how to get my seat to recline and the person in front me had their seat reclined so I had less leg room with a newly injured knee. I had a hard time sleeping on that flight but apparently, the others who went on the trip with me thought I had fallen asleep easily. Arriving late could always be an option unless of course, they want to meet at 1 p.m. If they want to meet that late to eat, I'll just tell them I can't wait that long so they need to either meet earlier or not meet at all. My MIL might throw a fit about that because she has complained before about Chris and I arriving late to their house for a meal if we didn't let her know we would be late. DQ ice cream cakes are my favorite. I always eat the vanilla ice cream layer first, then the chocolate ice cream and save the fudge and cookie crumble layer for last. Either I've gotten used to their frosting or they changed up the recipe because it was always too sweet/somewhat bitter before. It was awful. There was always some kind of drama going on, but before I left I made sure to tell some of the newer members the truth about some things and they were grateful for that. The place I moved into after the scholarship house was actually recommended by one of the girls from the house because 2 other girls from my pledge class were living there after they didn't meet the GPA requirement for two semesters. The place I moved into after was a called K-State Wesley and it was pretty similar to a dorm but on a much, much smaller scale. It was great until drama started to become more prevalent there as well. It's actually where I met Chris, so something good came out of moving. Yeah, they just believe everything they see and hear, take it as a fact and don't do anything to determine their own opinion about it. I went to school with a kid like that, believed that everything on the internet was true because it was 'published' and 'this person says so'. I don't know why most of the ads in my FB newsfeed are for all these new workout routines that you have to either pay an online membership for or spend a whole bunch upfront for access. I tend to forget about new items after they've been released until I get one from questing. I've gotten a couple SubQ items from questing and I got one of the pincushions today. Do you recall what the wall of yarn background item was called? I tried finding it in the item directory and failed because I can't remember when it was released. I do too. I get online to complete all my quests, price items in my shop and go through my event notifications then I'm done for the day. I hope Survival starts this week because I think I remember it taking place around Valentine's Day in years past. Survival with be my highlight of Valentine's Day for me this year.

Yeah it wont be the same, but hopefully it will help a little hugs I love her different looks. I really love her hair! They want all the women to look the same. I think so many of them are morphing in to each other. Look at the Kardashians. Khloe, Kim and even Kylie(sp?) are starting to look like the same person! It is freaky! Part of my fear comes from being around for when Northwest Flight 255 crashed. It was only a few miles from my house. It was just endless days of horror stories all over the news and witnessing all the destruction. Traffic was insane all hours of the day and night and it was just so sad and chaotic. The last time I was on a plane I was around 18 and I went to Florida. I was so scared the whole trip and I could not wait for it to be over. Now I just can't even think about getting on a plane. There doesn't seem to be any way to please her :( I want a cake now lol They sound so good! It is a shame that they practically have to trick people to get them to move in. Why not try being good people?!?!? I am sure the people moving in are already nervous about being in a new environment and being away from home (some for the first time ever). It should be a welcoming and nurturing environment. It is a real shame that it wasn't. At least something good came out of all the drama :D Emily is bad for believing stuff on the net. I have to get on her about that. Like who is "they" and what "people" are saying these things? I have to remind that she can't believe everything a stranger on the net tells her. I do too unless it is something I put on my WL. I try to stalk the shops, but I never have any luck. The very second it says Stocked Now all the new items are gone! Yeah it is called Craft Room Storage Bin. I need to start questing again. I have been very lazy about them this week, I am looking forward to it too!

Lol now I'm debating whether to turn Viscosity into an aqua blob or a glacier blob. I guess I still have time to think about it.

At least I have a cat that gives hugs....actually he requires hugs. I love her hair too! I really wish that I could actually figure out how to do nice stuff with my hair and not be concerned with how it looks. Celebrities are starting to all look the same, they're either blonde or brunette and skinny. It's kind of crazy just how popular to Kardashians have gotten over the past few years. I was a little scared about flying due to what happened during 9/11. I was just a kid in 4th grade, so it didn't really phase me much at the time and it happened so far away from me, but it was on the news for over a week and that was about all I watched (and I remember I got annoyed because I wasn't able to watch cartoons while working on homework). I had to google NW Flight 255, it happened before I was born. That would be a terrifying ordeal to go through and it would definitely be enough to stop me from getting on a plane. I really don't think there is a way to completely please her 😢 I married her first child and then moved him two hours away from her (even though Chris and I both agreed to the move). Their middle son lives an hour and a half northwest of me and they visited him sometime last month but never stopped by to say hi or visit, so they aren't putting in much effort at all. They are delicious! The top can be decorated however you want it, they even have edible pictures that they put on the cakes. One year I had a picture of horses on my cake. DQ also has little ice cream cupcakes that are just smaller versions of the ice cream cake. I know. The last semester I lived in the house, the officers and a few other older members wanted the house to become a sorority again. There were a number of us who were against it and gave our reasons, but were told that we were being too emotional. At least 9 girls from my pledge class didn't return to the house after their first year there (which was about a 1/3 of my pledge class). Also during the last semester, I lived there, there was one girl who was new who was extremely nervous about things (she may have had anxiety). She tried to refuse to do things and the officers and some other active members would let her until she threatened to get her mother involved, then they suddenly made a small effort to be nicer. Moving out of there was a good thing. I made new friends who I could actually do things with, like watching movies, playing sports, going out to eat late at night. We crammed 9 or 10 of us into a small car to go to Dillons just for ice cream one night, and on a later night, I was asked to play Halo (had never played before). That first semester there, I developed a crush on a guy who was a senior, we never dated but he did make me breakfast for my birthday (which included ice cream). Then I met Chris the next school year and we started dating late in the fall. It has to be taught at schools now too, I remember a few teachers doing a small unit about it. Teachers also have to teach more about what is a reliable source, what isn't, and looking for unbiased references. Basically, it boiled down to 'don't go with the first thing you find'. One teacher went as far as making a website and paid to have it be the first thing the Google brought up for a certain search so he could use it as an example for students. If I remember right, he hadn't told the students about it, gave them the assignment to research a specific topic (that would bring up this website), and then used that to show students that they can't just go with the first thing they find online. I forgot all about the pincushions until I found them in the item directory. I'm surprised I didn't WL them because they would fit right into one of my pet's TCs. I run into that issue often, where a new item is restocked then its suddenly gone....very frustrating because then it seems like it never restocks. Thank you! I don't know why I couldn't find it in the item directory faceplam I probably wasn't paying close enough attention or I'm just lacking sleep. I set a goal to have 515mil saved by the end of the month. I still need 37 mil, which might be doable in 15 days as long as I have decent shop sales and don't skip questing.

Awe kitty hugs can be great too :D My hair is in a pony tail all the time. For some reason my daughter does not like it when my hair is down. Something about hair flying around kinda freaks her out, Yeah I will never understand why they are so popular. I tried watching them a couple of times and their voices just irked me. It is crazy how all they have to do is slap their name on something and make a fortune. They don't actually do anything (act, sing, dance) they just exist and make money. I know they say it is safer then driving, but I will stick pick driving over flying. Yeah it was terrible :( In a way you should be grateful. I would not want her to start dropping by unexpectedly. I would be nervous all the time thinking she could pop up at any moment. Oh I didn't know that. I figured you just went there and grabbed one out of a freezer or something. I bet the cake was really pretty! Sounds like a house full of mean girls :( I would have been out of there so fast. I can't deal with people like that at all. I would be a nervous wreck all the time. They are until the kitten gets really squirmy or decides he's going to leap to the ground from my shoulder then figures out its a bad idea. Lately, my hair has been in either a braid or a bun because my coat knots my hair up too much. My hair is over 2 feet long so it would be nice to be able to do other hairstyles with it other than a braid, bun or having half my hair pulled back. Whenever I put my hair into a ponytail it never fails to work its way into a side ponytail. I've never watched their show since I don't have cable, but it is pretty mind-boggling how their name makes them money now because I bet most people are buying their stuff just because of the name. I would probably pick flying over driving only because I tend to freak out when a vehicle swerves or I throw a fit when the driver is messing with their phone. I can't even imagine what it was like for the only survivor or for the people who witnessed it crashing into vehicles. Terrifying 😢 The in-laws live 2 hours away from me, so I wouldn't really have to worry about then popping in whenever they felt like it. It's just very apparent to me that they don't really want to put in a whole lot of effort to do anything for me during this deployment. I'm looking forward to when Chris comes home, but not looking forward to visiting his parents afterward. I know his mom is going to give him a bunch of hugs, then she'll want him to stay and probably talk about how things were over there, what he did, etc. You can, there are some pre-decorated cakes in the freezer that you can buy and they can write anything you want on the cake at no cost. Most of the girls in the house were mean. I told the girls who in charge of menus repeatedly that they needed to post of a list of who had specific food allergies (there were at least 3 of us) and I had to repeatedly ask for over a month. They just kept telling me 'we're working on it'. Well, if you're working on it, you should have it done in a day. Living in that house solidified why I'd rather hang out with guys. Guys don't start drama for no reason and they're more laid back. I thought it was pretty clever because then the teacher has proof that not everything on the internet is true and people can claim to be a doctor or professional even if they aren't. I think that was my problem 😊, I was looking for yarn to be in the name because I couldn't remember what the item looked like, only the background. And it turns out I already had it on a WL, I had just forgotten which list it was on sigh It is a lot. I've been saving sP for years because I'd like to get the richest user ach. I'm ranked in the upper 1000s currently and I was in the mid-2000s at the beginning of January. I did go on a little spending spree last night, buying some cheap plushies and beanbags. Totally almost choked on my vitamin tonight 😢

Dealing with vision problems, need new glasses... seeing seller Mon but it's tough reading (worse than usual). Can't wait to have new glasses... maybe another week's wait.

It did make me smile, which was much needed after the past few weeks I've had. I need to get new lenses for my glasses because one lens is scratched right in the middle and the coating is coming off of both. I'm hoping to make it until July, but I may have to break down and get new ones sooner since it's sometimes hard to see past the scratch. Hope your new glasses come in soon once you order them

Get a prescription and order them online, it'll cost considerably less. In Montreal (Quebec, Canada) we have "Bonhomme a Lunettes". He sells them at considerably lower cost by going to non-profit organizations and seeing the people there rather than have an office. He charges what social aide (welfare) covers plus $20 for basic lenses and a bit more for extras. I now need anti-fatigue (in-between stage leading to bifocals)... have a big scratch 3/4 of my lens, etc. I'm dealing with blurry vision, fatigue, and headaches for several weeks now. It'll be better once I get a new pair :)

I ordered prescription sunglasses online and it was a pain. Most of the websites I went to couldn't work with my prescription because it was outside of their parameters. The lenses on my sunglasses are thicker than I think they need to be but I can see clearly with them. I don't necessarily need new frames, but I need to figure out if there are other frame shapes that work well with my face shape.

Several sites let you download your own face image and superimpose the frames on them.
