hugs Thanks for your support you guys. The blood tests were mostly inconclusive. They did highlight some low electrolyte levels but mostly the ones I thought would be fine, which were sodium and chloride. I am trying to add more salt into my diet to raise the level, but not sure it is doing much. I have to ascertain what to do from my doctor but they aren't available for a consult until the very end of next week sometime. The good thing is that my body does not have any increased level of inflammation, according to the tests, and my WBC count is still within normal range, which is good. It's so annoying not knowing the cause of things.

I even had a dream last night that I was at Hogwarts and in the ravenclaw common room where they were running EKGs for some reason. I volunteered but the monitor was not picking up my heart rate due to it being beloe 40. The professor dismissed me from the room. I woke up from that dream to that feeling in my chest where it feels like my heart is fluttering (tachycardia). My pulse matched the fluttering feeling but within 2 min of waking up it normalized again. Isn't that interesting, to dream about something cool (like Hogwarts including the staircases that move/are unique) and then have RL chest problems causing me to dream about it? Maybe it was my subconscious telling me to wake up. The strange thing is that I feel more tired than usual on the days when that fluttering rhythm wakes me.

that sounds similar in a way to something a family friend has - I can't remember what it's called, but she used to pass out on an alarmingly regular basis & nobody knew why. After Mum spotted something in a newspaper and sent it to her, she went back to her doctor and asked about that - after lots of tests, it turned out that was the problem she had, and was eventually told she has to have more salt in her diet to resolve whatever the problem is.... and I think since then she's not passed out once.

(I'll see if Mum knows what that problem's called, as I can't remember! 😊)

I got the t-shirt this morning, so I thought it was the perfect top to go with that beach background ;) They keep forecasting thunderstorms for here, but so far they've skirted us completely (and we've not had any rain since we had the guttering repaired - Mum wants it to rain to prove that guttering works properly now! :P)

laughs Mum's rain dance didn't work well enough - we had less than 1mm of rain yesterday, and the forecast says dry for today :P ooo I like the ladybird outfit today :D :D

Yea, so far salt sin't really altering my bradycardia or chest pain but it does make me have fewer cramping feet muscles though they are still doing it often. Usually I never have cramping muscles, so it is kind of different for me. Thanks for your well wishes.

I've been working on quite a lot of sewing projects - I've got to unpick the sleeves in a top so I can actually finish it, but I'm wary of unpicking the stitches in case I catch the fabric by mistake 😊 ^ that's the latest project I've (almost) finished, although I'm still trying to find the 6th button so I can actually wear the shirt!

they're now forecasting rain for tomorrow, but I'm still not convinced :P It still worked really well :D Thanks :) I wanted to do a few more beachy themed HAs ;) That's an interesting look you've got today.... those trousers look almost invisible (he is wearing trousers, right?!)

The visual-light migraines are the worst for me because they give me instant severe nausea. I like the other kind I normally have better because the nausea comes on slowly/builds. lol

OMGOSH where on earth did you find that fabric? I want it! Is it 100% cotton? Is there an online store I can buy ti from? I can NEVER find cute patterns like that online or in the store. I must be shopping at all the worst locations, either that or the UK has all the cute prints and the US is stuck with lame prints. lol That shirt is amazing. I think the pattern-fabric would be lost on a piece that was not as cute as that shirt. I would wear that shirt all the time, it's totally my style. Although I am usually cold so I tend to wear a lot of long sleeves if I can, or I have to wear sweaters on top of everything. In the winter I wear pea coats and Jackets, and everyone else is in a light sweater or sweatshirt. I simply run cold-get cold easily. Almost every time I go to the dr my temp is below 97 F (36.1 C) and they worry. lol I have to tell them that is normal for me. So when I am actually the standard 98.6 degrees F (37 C) then I actually have a low grade fever.

too.... Also my health is not improved yet. This morning I have a bit more energy than I've had in a couple weeks, so I am almost caught up on my pings/messages! LOL It's an amazing feeling to not feel that overwhelming load of pings.

any kind of migraine sounds like a nightmare, to be honest! ;)

I'm pretty sure it's 100% cotton, and I got in it last year from Abakhan (not sure if it's still available now or not) ;) hehe to be honest, most of the prints I've seen over here haven't been all that fantastic - a lot of it is being in the right place at the right time ;) I tend to be the complete opposite - especially when the eczema on my hands & wrists is flaring up, I tend to run warm.

Aww at Kodiak and the fireworks - hopefully they won't go on too late tonight, so he can get a chance to calm down again :)

I've got a night filter on here, but I did have the red set a little higher than standard anyway, so it has the no-blue-light kind of effect ;) It works perfectly! :D Thanks :D I wanted to use those new running items, but they seemed to work better for water skiing than running :P
