It is! I don't know why they won't rectify those things in a more timely manner. Stuff like that could cause a fire, or kill someone. x.x Aww. =( hugs The ultrasound tech today said she couldn't see anything unusual, but that if I'd had a cyst and it ruptured last week, it wouldn't show up. She also said that endometriosis wouldn't show up. =X So I guess I will wait to see what my mother-in-law says when she gets a chance to look at the pictures. At least I don't have ovarian cancer or anything, so that's good! Liquid foods for 4 months is lame. It's anything I can make swallowable without chewing, so luckily I have one "texture" of ritz crackers. I can take the cracker and break it in half and put it in my mouth and then let it dissolve slowly. lol It sounds gross but it's at least a new "texture" lol!

I am so excited that I only have about 10 days left!!! :D Then I can eat cooked carrots and other soft cooked things! :D

I've got it all saved in my notebook ready for when I've got this jacket sorted (that resulted in a lot of swearing at the fabric today 😊) It did look like that was radiating off the giraffe :D

I am thinking I might make some eggless-milkless corn bread and then make it more soft after it is baked by adding a bit of warm soymilk and honey to the top. It still has to be really soft but I love honey and cornbread! I also love apples so I may try to bake one and see if I like that - normally I do not like baked apples because I prefer the crunch of a fresh one. But I won't be able to eat that until the 3rd month.

Basically my Dr said I have to work my way up to a regular diet over the course of 3 months. So at the start of the 4th month (August 1) I am going to be "Free" to be on a regular diet.

I will have to always avoid foods like chewing gum, very thick or sticky chewy foods that take a lot of chewing (like unto gum), ultra hard foods and candies (like jaw breakers), and anything that taxes the jaw too much. That will all not be a problem for me since I never have liked any of those things anyways! :P Basically, now that I have an artificial joint I have to treat it well so that it'll last the rest of my life. I don't want to get another surgery to re-replace the joint in 20 years due to wear/tear. My dr said that they have only been on the market for 20 years, so we know that they last at least that long. :) I am hopeful I'll get mine to last the rest of my life and never need another jaw joint surgery again. I am done with jaw surgeries! lol Three times is enough! sits down to rest for a long time

The good thing about this one is that the controls are so simply anyone from 3-100 can have a go at it. :) Easy to play, but more challenging to fully master. :)

Chewing gum pulled out a filling? That is really horrible! I only have a small list of foods and things I must avoid forever from the artificial joint thingy, but it's not a big deal. Losing a filling from gum is bad though, must have been uncomfortable and expensive! Who knew chewing gum could cost so much. :P

60 pounds for a filling is pretty expensive though still a third the cost of a filling in California. It cost me $315 USD for my last filling a few years ago. That converts to roughly 225 pounds. It's crazy how some things are easily transferable across state and country lines in terms of cost, like shoes for example or a dress. But other things, like vet care or even dental care vary to the extremes from region to region. Even if I just cross state lines and go into a state like Wyoming or Mississippi, vet care and overall health care costs drastically drop. That being said the cost of living in those places (and others like them) are also much much cheaper than in states like California or New York. shrug It's just a trade-off I guess.
