There are damage- as my teeth is shorter from many years of grinding- so its def. time to stop any further damage and having to do a lot of dental work to have it fixed later down the road. :) I have a tooth guard already- which I hated as I found it so annoying to have it in my mouth. I am getting a softer one this time- which I hope will work better. What kinda guard do you use? :)

I found a free pattern for a dragon shaped backpack today, so that might be K's birthday present for next year laughs I think the first few times they took K overseas, he was probably too young to really understand what was going on. But it's interesting seeing the photos they share, of how he reacts to things compared to when he was younger ;)

Oh that stinks that they are shorter! Poor thing! I hope none have gone down to the root, that can be really painful! I have had soft and hard, I didn't mind either one though the soft one was way huger than the hard one. The hard one fits more precisely around my teeth and feels more like hard teeth-retainer thingy than something I have to think about in my mouth. We all have our own preferences though. :) My mom still wears a soft one and enjoys it just fine. Is yours fitted to you so it is a close fit?

Oh yea, when I was little we used to play with them a lot.Right now it is popular to make slime in many colors, scents, and textures. My niece and nephews have slime that looks and smells like mint ice cream for example. My favorites are the ones full of sparkles.
